Lovely traditional pub/ restaurant. We had a lovely lunch with family. The food was excellent as was the service. Recommended highly.

Gorgeous food, lovely atmosphere, attentive staff and very good value for money. We would definitely visit again and strongly recommend a visit. Easily accessible from Stirling.

Went here for a family dinner and was a little disconcerted by the difference between the men's bar and the restaurant. My local sister hurried me through to the restaurant. Excellent food and beer with super service.

Six of us old school friends met for drinks on a dreich Wednesday lunchtime and loved the experience. We were met by friendly staff and seated at a table beside the fire which was just so warm and cosy . Service was spot on . We will be back !

Had a Hen get together for our daughter with family and friends in the new refurbished upstairs lounge … what an absolute treat ! Buffet food was home made ,delicious and presented beautifully! Aishleen was on hand for anything we needed and her attention to detail is second to none Voir le carte

Beautiful afternoon lunch with family, what a lovely setting and great atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional and our meals were very good. The Wellington was fantastic, but I had the food jealousy that comes when all the meals look delicious. Highly recommend.

First time visit and was amazed at the wonderful food on offer. It was so hard to choose. Decided on the haggis and chicken wellington which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the special of the day which was lamb with black pudding mash and again it was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The service was exceptional. Looking forward to returning soon. So disappointed. I had been looking forward to brunch since the new management took over, but no way I can recommend this. We waited for some time just to get a menu. By the time the server picked up our coffee off the bar, it was barely warm. The syrup on the French toast had not a drop of maple, and we'd been assured that it was maple (I'm Canadian...I know! . The eggs Benedict came on a huge plate, very plain, no garnish, looking like the kitchen just didn't care, eggs quite hard, tasteless hollandaise... honestly, the version in the Marks and Spencer café is far superior! I really wanted to like this place, but not sure I'd even give it a second chance for brunch. Voir le carte
