The Queen Inn - Carte

Great to see this totally vegan pub/restaurant doing well. Had a great meal and even better pudding. Our non vegan companion had a great meal too.

The food at this restaurant is spectacular and excellent, the service is great, and the staff is friendly. The location is beautiful and I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. I loved it.

We were meeting our son for lunch so we're looking for somewhere outside Cardiff and so glad we found this place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The most impressive thing about this place is the food. I had the harissa mushrooms and hummus for starter, and an incredible Mexicana veg chilli, guacamole, fries for mains. My son had the mushroom steak.

We ate at The Queen Inn twice during our stay in the area. The food is incredible! Generous portion sizes and good value. The staff are friendly and very accommodating on one of our visits we had our dog with us. We let the staff know in advance that he is nervous of people and other dogs and they made sure we were sat in a quieter area which relieved any stress we had of taking him with us. He enjoyed the doggy sausages!

Amazing food as always! We booked in for an early dinner (we always eat too much at the Queen inn so an early dinner is always best haha) I ordered the Queen inn burger and it SLAPPED so hard, it was just what I needed. My partner had the steak I was very jealous! We shared 3 starters cos we couldn’t pick just one each. Left feeling full, happy and excited to return again soon. Staff super friendly! We'd been meaning to visit the Queen Inn for a while, and decided it would be a nice treat for our first wedding anniversary. We booked for dinner on the Saturday night, and returned for Sunday lunch the next day. Both meals were outstanding, it was great being able to enjoy old favourites like stilton sauce and yorkshire pudding, but veganised! What made the meal so memorable was the staff's attentiveness, they were all so lovely and went above and beyond to make our meal special. We can't wait to go back!

Another visit with friends and family who are not Vegan! Between the 2 tables there was 6 of us, we had the crispy chilli beef and the crab cakes to start, the flavours just blow us every time. We had the Queen inn Burger, The Fish and chips, The Lamb Kebab, Chicken and Ribs combo and the Massive Sharing platter. Again the food is always cooked superbly and the staff love what they do you can see this everytime we go there! Desserts and coffees to finish! We advise even if your not Vegan and love excellent food served by great staff a visit to the Queen inn is a must!

Our second visit here in our Motorhome on the way off on a tour of wales. Once again a lovely meal, a overcooked piece of my meal was swiftly remedied and not a usual thing to happen and they were very apologetic. The new spring menu added some nice choices but how i missed the crispy beef the first time as it’s one of the best vegan food I’ve had out the ‘ salmon’ my omni husband said was delicious and i had a lasagne for lunch the next day before leaving on our trip. We we also had a lovely macaroni cheese as a starter with the crispy beef and were quite full before our mains. Voir le carte
