"Regularly visit this place and not once have I been disappointed. Food quality is top notch. Worth checking their menu before you go as there's so much choice. It may seem like each dish is a bit pricy BUT the portions are huge. One starter, one rice and one main is easily enough for 2 people to share and be full so although each dish may seem pricey, for the amount you get it's really very reasonable. The service is also great, always greeted as priority, food comes out quick and the staff are all lovely and professional. Highly reccomend!"

Food great tests. Service good. But very expensive we went 2 adult 2 kids for dinner. Cost as £170 But excellent food.

I have been to Taipan many times and the food is good. However, this time it was let down by the service which was slow and ended up having to remind the staff that dishes were missing. The whole place was so busy and really noisy too which didn't make the experience enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed a large range of dim sum and a la carte at lunchtime. The dim sum Har Gau, Char Sui Cheung Fan, Cuttlefish Roll, Squid, and Spring Rolls, were superb. The A La Carte dishes were generous portions, and very tasty. Service was good, and the waitress serving our large family was very patient and friendly. I travelled from Leicester to eat here because they do have really good dim sum.
