"This was a lovely dining experience for a Saturday night. The décor is classy and the waiting staff were attentive. We ordered a small mixed grill, pepper chicken, biryani and garlic naan for a party of 2. We left very full and happy. The food was delicious and the service was quick. As it was our anniversary, the restaurant gifted our dessert free of charge. We'll definitely come back."

Food was incredibly tasty one of the best Indians I’ve ever been. Reasonably priced too. A real gem in a town that otherwise seems to only consist of places like McDonald’s and Subways.

Takeaway portions size is perfect (may be some one find this or bigger side taste was really good. Heat seal package so no mess until it reaches the home. I find cost on little higher side.

I was just there with my husband and it was one of the nicest Indian food I’ve had in the UK They were so nice and the service was amazing! Thank you for the lovely meal and experience! We will definitely come back again

My all time favourite. Has a nice variety of Indian food. Staffs are very courteous and always plays good music. Delicious food and the portion size is good. Recently explored the lunch menu and had thali, it was excellent. Voir le carte

One of the most popular restaurant among Indian community in MK. We visited there on Friday evening and it was full of Indian people. Glad to see all of them. Had heard food was great. I had ordered chow mein/noodles but it didn't tasted like Indian. It was too sweet with tomato ketchup I also ordered tandoori chicken which was great.

Quite a busy restaurant. Mainly asian diners which is a good thing as you know the food is more authentic and not catering for the western pallete. Service was good and they do try and sort things out where possible. What I didn't understand was why they don't do side portions of the veg dishes.. Overall, highly recommended for the desi flavours.

"I don’t think we have had good service on any occasion, the staff always seem abrupt and rude. We have tried 3 times now. This week was by far the worst visit we have had. The waitress was so miserable and rude. The service was really slow and we ended up not having the last 2 dishes as it was so slow. 40 minutes between the first few dishes arriving and when we finally gave up and asked for our bill. When we did ask the waitress blamed us for not booking in advance! Then she said they were short staffed and busy, had she explained this at the start of the meal we could have chosen to eat elsewhere or accepted there would be a delay but blaming the customers for not booking in advance was really something else. Definitely won’t be returning for a 4th time and would not recommend. The food was okay, not amazing."

"An amazing restaurant situated in Central MK. From stepping through the doors, Akasaka delivers with a beautiful bar and pink cherry blossom trees. The staff and service was fantastic exemplary from start to finish. We had the Karage Chicken, Spicy Tuna Rolls and Salmon Maki to start. The Tuna Rolls and Salmon Maki were brilliant, but the Karage chicken a little disappointing. It was the crispiest chicken I have ever eaten, but it wasn’t very flavoursome even with the dip. We followed this with Beef Bibimbap and Salmon Bibimbap. Both of these were brilliant the hot beef comes in a searing hot iron bowl and continues to sizzle the whole time you’re eating it! The flavour was fantastic and it was nice to be able to ‘self sauce’ to personal levels. We’ve had takeaway from here before, but will definitely come back to eat in also in the future!"

"I have never been so disappointed in the quality of food in zouk lounge this week with the reviews about this place on travel adviser!!! I felt as if they had reheated the meat and put it on a rice with rice and. it brought to us! I will never go back to the Zouk lounge! the staff that served us a beautiful Romanian girl was very sweet and it is a shame that we are not able to experience her service as we refuse to enter this place again."

"I cannot fault the service, the food and the atmosphere. Everything was brilliant. Been to the restaurant a few weeks back for a birthday celebration with my parents. We arrived earlier than we were supposed to but that seemed not to be a problem, we were immediately seated. Our waitress, Sharon, was a star. She was very frendly, prompt and thorough with our order. She made sure that she made a note of the dietary requirements and advised accordingly. The food was fabulous, steaks cooked to perfection, the sides were amazing and the cocktails were amazing too. Sharon came by our table a few times asking if everything was alright with the food and if we needed anything else. Her service was just amazing. The other staff members, even if we haven't interacted with them, you could see they were smiling and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxing and very friendly. All in all the experience has exceed my expectations and I will be definitely be coming back."

"I have lived in MK for 9 years and this time I come back to visit with my wife and daughter. Japanese restaurant is a good substitute for fish and chips. We found this small restaurant in Wolverton opposite Lidl. We had the appetizers Korean Kimchi and Chinese seaweed, both are of great standards. Then we had the crispy fried dumplings and sushi rolls . My wife took the eels rice, my daughter had the beef Yaki udon, and I took the eel teriyaki. Finally we had the Japanese ice-cream. The shop is not big so we had a quiet and cosy evening. The next Sunday evening we came back with my friend Andrew's family and this time we had a birthday celebration in the next table. It was warm and lively. Didn't expect such a place in this old area."
