It seems that everything was overcooked and then sat around in a warmer or was reheated when ordered. The result was flavorless, overcooked vegetables, and the roast chicken was similarly disappointing. They might have been too ambitious in trying to serve quickly over an extended lunch service.

This has to be the best food in West Bay the prawn linguine is the best I've ever had.. Each table has its own heater above the table which is a great touch, and it's situated right next to the beach. Deffenatly try this if your in West Bay. However, we were quite disappointed. While the chips were cooked, they didn't have that same crispy texture that we loved from The Hive. The fish was also cooked, but the batter was doughy on most pieces. Given the cost of £36 for two portions, we were left feeling let down.
