My friend and I had a lovely catch up and lunch here today. The sea bass was excellent and the hogget was moist and succulent. Return visit for sure . Great, local food, friendly staff.

had today the best Sunday dinner in st davids kitchen! personal we friendly and even got a 15% discount on our bill for being native, although we lived outside the defo train for everyone! very happy customers!

Fabulous food and great staff, we have spent a lot of time in St Davids and Solva over many years, we have eaten at some brilliant places but St Davids Kitchen has taken the eating experience to the next level. If you plan to try this place, book well in advance and you will enjoy a great night out.

"Walked off the headland into village 3 places before we got to the Cambrian said 'kitchen closed ' , this was 2.30. All with a stand offish response too. We reached the Cambrian and were instantly welcomed. The inside decor was lovely and we sat in the restaurant part. We had a wonderful Sunday lunch with a wine/Cider and all at a reasonable price. All staff were so attentive. Definitely will return when in the area again. Service: 5"

"Popped in here for food one evening, everywhere was very busy but we were lucky to find a table in the bar. No booking, first come, first serve. Had the fish basket myself which was lovely, very filling with just the fish and salad. Unless you eat a lot, don't order chips if you don't like wasting food. Only thing we'd complain about was that the waffle we had for dessert was solid in the middle and we unfortunately couldn't finish it. Otherwise, lovely country pub with smiley staff. Would go again. "A great experience from start to finish, friendly welcome from the barman on entering and the great level of service continued throughout the evening with the waiter and chef, lovely to go somewhere that is also a locals favourite and you can easily see why. Food was really good, we had the monkfish Thai green curry which was really tasty, great balance of flavours, chips were perfectly cooked and the lamb shank again really well cooked and just great food. So nice to find somewhere that says it’s dog friendly and really means it, my border collie was so comfortable he fell asleep and that doesn’t often happen! Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back."

"The pub has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere! I visited with a large group and ordered a burger with chips, which completely satisfied my craving. It's an excellent spot to enjoy dinner and drinks with friends. Despite the rain outside, I had some fantastic conversations while we sheltered inside. The service was attentive and quick. The only unusual thing was that they started playing music about halfway through our visit. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"After walking from St David's to Solva via the Costal path a trek of some 5 miles but with the terrain being challenging for my wife as the path follows the outline of the cliffs it seems longer than 5 miles by the time we had completed the route and the sight of the Cafe on The Quay was most welcome. The Cafe was clean and staff very welcoming with a good range of drinks and snacks We had 2 coffees and some cake A Death by Chocolate which was an instant burst of energy, However the view from the upstairs area was great"
