"A great experience from start to finish, friendly welcome from the barman on entering and the great level of service continued throughout the evening with the waiter and chef, lovely to go somewhere that is also a locals favourite and you can easily see why. Food was really good, we had the monkfish Thai green curry which was really tasty, great balance of flavours, chips were perfectly cooked and the lamb shank again really well cooked and just great food. So nice to find somewhere that says it’s dog friendly and really means it, my border collie was so comfortable he fell asleep and that doesn’t often happen! Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back."

We were five friends who called in last Friday evening for drinks. Warm friendly welcome with a good choice of beers. Lovely log fires. We would recommend visiting.

The barman was very friendly,with a good range of beers , very interesting menu and different, chose hake and crab! Delicious. We would strongly recommend The Ship for food and atmosphere.

The ship is a fantastic pub in solva, very relaxed atmosphere with great food. We had dinner and it was of a very high standard. I would fully recommend the Ship for a good experience while on holiday in Pembrokeshire.

Had a wonderful Sunday roast food was of a very high standard with everything cooked to perfection. Staff were really attentive and friendly as was the atmosphere in the pub. We would highly recommend and will definitely return.

good vegan options marked clearly and if they use the app, they can filter the vegan options. had kichererbsen and auberginenburger with vegan apfelholzkäse, veganes mayo. served with fries, salat and wobble rings. the personal was beautiful and even went out to get soy milk for my cappuccino as they had none.

good vegan options that are somewhat more creative than the obligatory veggie burger. we had the falafel bites, the pulled jackfruit salat and the curry, and they were all delicious. make sure to check the daily specials, I was disappointed on the vegan brain pussies, because I did not realize that there were more possibilities.
