Lovely staff and lovely food. The pub itself has a great range. We had dinner in the garden which was spacious and tidy. Will definitely be back again soon, thank you!

I called ahead but didn't need to make a reservation, possibly because it was a Tuesday. The staff gave us a warm welcome. The menu wasn't too large, but there were a few great options. Our food arrived quickly and was hot and delicious. Thank you!

I was quite disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The Thai vegetable curry with baby corn, onions, and leftover broccoli from yesterday was not very appetizing. Some diners also found the steak to be very fatty. The prices were not cheap either. Voir le carte

We visited this very nice place on a glorious day. The staff are personable and friendly, setvice adequate. We ordered a lunch each. The ciabattas were very tasty and we enjoyed them. We both ordered a side (extra) of chips. The chips came in ramekins. See pic. I think that this was pretty poor, a very small serving each.

Spur of the moment, popped in for a drink and an early evening meal. Sat outside, surprisingly quiet considering the location on a busy cross roads. Friendly staff and really good food! Can recommend the fish and chips, super posh. We have been meaning to stop in here before but never had time to stop. Most impressed. We will definitely be back :

We went here with a view that it looked lovely having been last several times. Also out friends had said it used to be good. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case and the offering was not the best Staffing was far to lean and having to wait for service for a drink an the bill at the end, just topped it for us. Won't be going back here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sorry, such a great location, let down by food and service. Voir le carte

Absolutely DREADFUL!!!! The food was very disappointing and the manageress was extremely rude. No offer of an apology and biligerant. Her response to our polite complaints was to tell us ‘it’s what it says on the packet!!’ I had ordered a vegetarian wellington and instead was served a really poor roast lunch with falafels!!!!! The young waiting staff were so sweet and considerate they really did put the manageress to shame. Her behaviour and disregard was a greater disappointment than the food!!! We paid for our drinks and the items that were edible. A huge disappointment.

Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were informed that two of our favorite dishes, Fish and Duck, were not available. After sitting down, we ordered drinks and food. Three of us chose Ringwood Forty Niner to drink, which tasted off like vinegar. We had them replaced with Madri lager. Our meals arrived, with four of us ordering the Horton Burger. I personally found it to be excellent and flavorful, the best burger I've had in a long time. Unfortunately, my brother-in-law's burger was overcooked and inedible, so he ended up leaving half of it uneaten. We arrived Friday for a family wedding near by, we upgraded to the premium room, it was a lovely very size so was the bathroom. Our room was facing the main room, but it didn’t phase us, the hotel is on a crossroads so will be noisy the room was equipped with everything you needed coffee tea hot choc biscuits etc the bathroom had soap shampoo etc which was a nice touch room had dressing gowns also if you wanted to use them, downfall were the mattresses, they are passed their sell by date but other than that room was great, we had food on the Friday night and breakfast both morning food outstanding, the staff are really polite and helpful, Fran the land lady made us chuckle she’s so dry and v...
