"I’ve tried several of their burgers, both chicken and beef, and I have to say that they were all delicious. You can choose the type of bun (brioche or pretzel), but I recommend going with the brioche and steering clear of the pretzel rolls, as they are quite hard. I give this place 4 stars because the desserts are surprisingly small and not worth the price. You might want to look elsewhere for dessert. However, the burgers are fantastic, especially the blueberry cheesecake, which is really tasty."

"Lovely Lebanese food. Could have given five star but should improve the customer service. One guy working on the floor and he just stay behind, responded very less for our calls from table had to call few times for his attention. Interior design looked really good and came to know bit more about Lebanese cuisine. Went with friends, we enjoyed the mixed grill and lamb skewers was really amazing loved the taste so much perfectly cooked. Bread is freshly made and felt the warmness when served, best with humus. I’m a rice lover, tasted different and enjoyed eating the Lebanese way with meat. Price looked like at higher end but worth the money. Lovely atmosphere and amazing food. Try it out."

"We wanted to say a big thank you to all of you and the team for ensuring we had a fabulous time at Northwood Piazza on Christmas Day. I think I mentioned that none of the six of us had had Xmas Day Lunch out before across combined ages of nearly 350 years! We chose you to celebrate with you as we have always been delighted with the food, ambience and team when we have eaten with you. Christmas Day was no exception … everything was perfect. We loved the food, the atmosphere, service was excellent and not rushed and everyone was delighted with their choices. I would heartily recommend you to anyone for any occasion and handling all your clients so brilliantly during what was a really busy service showed how good you are at what you do. "We had made a reservation at this restaurant for a special occasion two months in advance. The day before our reservation, Open Table asked us to confirm our booking, which we did. However, when we arrived at the restaurant on the day of our reservation, we found that it had closed down, ruining our special occasion. Today, Open Table sent me an email thanking me for dining at the restaurant and asking for a review. I checked the Open Table website and saw that the restaurant was no longer available for booking, indicating that Open Table must be aware of its closure. It is disappointing that Open Table did not inform us of this closure and continues to act as if the restaurant is still open. This lack of communication greatly affected our experience and I will be more cautious in relying on Open Table for future bookings."

"Food was nice, very decent portions. We found the chilies in the garlic mogo very over powering but the rest of the dishes were tasty and not overly priced.Two areas of disappointment Service they were clearly understaffed and some one the staff members did not really know what was happening. At one point we had a jug of water all glasses full of water and we ordered a jug of passionfruit but the waiter looked very confused when I asked for glasses as the water glasses were full of water. He also ignored us when we were requesting the bill despite the fact he was only behind My husband and I had the worst stomach ache the following day. Neither of us will be returning in a hurry nor recommending"
