"After we have booked through the opentable app for 18.45 clock, we actually arrived at over 45 minutes early, but it was not a problem for the staff and we were sitting fast. the starters arrived soon after ordering and were very nice. for the net we had made the burgers and 2 of our party requested well, and the third was a regularly cooked burger, in contrast to some restaurants that cannot differentiate and cook as they were the burgers to this occasion were served exactly as we requested. we have shown on a NEC show, so it is regrettable that we are continuing from soihull."

"Another wonderful Friday night with Sunny, Ryan, Ray Ikbal. Situated in the heart of Solihull town centre and just across the road from Solihull church. This wonderful restaurant is situated in a former mansion (grade 2 listed) and has some low beams that add to the character. The staff are only too willing to help you with your choice of food. Don’t be shy, if you don’t like your curry too hot! The staff with only be too happy to point you to the right dish. Being a vegetarian can sometimes be a challenge for me when visiting restaurants. But not at Panchuli’s. If you like your curry hot then try Pumpkin Spinach Madras or if you like it mild then Paneer Tikka Masala and there’s number of other curry’s in between to suit the most discerning customer."

"we recommend everything here! despite a busy Tuesday night after bank holiday, the quality and speed of the service was error-free and fast, friendly and detailed. the menu options completely new and different from other Indian restaurants. that should die! my lamb slept and the sauce was delicious. the bun of my manne was a ktikka and butter sauce mix, sweet and just as delicious. and to crown everything, free double pots vanilleeis, with chocolate sauce shattered. absolutely fantastic! 5 stars are not enough: 6 stars for spice! we are coming back in definitiw! Top brands for service, eat and menu options. excellent!"

"We visit Peels about once a year, this is the third time we’ve chosen the tasting menu. We have always had a fabulous time. The format has changed so that you can choose either a 4 or 7 course tasting menu. There is now no a la carte option. We chose the 4 course tasting menu with the accompanying flight of wines. The flight of wines option was £55 each. In contrast to previous years, the wine served was very frugal. Between 4 people I doubt we enjoyed more 2 bottles of wine in volume, at the absolute most, though I appreciate you are getting the benefit of a wine description as it is being poured parsimoniously. The ingredient combinations for each of the four courses were quite safe bland, some of the textures not quite right. The meal was rescued a little by the chef’s additional extras which were more flavoursome than the main dishes. The environment the ambience were very enjoyable, though the service became a little ragged as the night wore on. We used gift vouchers which made a partial contribution to the meal (without going into detail) the handling of these was clumsy to say the least. Normally I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peels but, on this experience given the expense, I couldn’t currently do so. In short, I suggest that Peels needs to up its game, especially where the food is concerned."

"We asked for a shish kebab starter as they come as a main dish, the waiter said he could do it it came and it was clearly a main dish as it was huge, we asked whether it was a starter and again we were told it was a starter. When the bill came we were charged a main dish , we again questioned it and we were told it came as a main dish this was their error as we asked whether they would a shish as a main and we were told yes but charged as a main dish all other food was lovely"
