"Was looking for a gastropub and this place was suggested on Google, and it didn’t disappoint. A quaint and local pub for a lovely lunch with mum. All fresh food, cooked very very well, and decent sized portions. We had the pate to start, sea bass with salsa verde for main and sticky toffee pudding with ice cream for dessert. The pudding was so soft and fresh. There were good veggie and vegan options available too. Free parking literally opposite the pub."

Food was fantastic and the staff nice, the pub smelt of fish which wasn't very nice, its very dated and just do with a once over.

Had a lovely lunch at The Kings Arms on Saturday, managed to squeeze a group of 10 for a last minute lunch with no booking, service was exceptional, food was amazing and we all left very happy and thankful they were able to cater for us at such short notice.

Nice pub, little dated but got a fantastic outdoor space, good for kids although… again could do with an update on the kids equipment but I know this cost can exceed the benefit which is provably why it’s not yet received an update. I do love that they stock Grainstore Ales though!!
