"I love this place. Always attend the quiz night and have a meal in the restaurant first. However I have to say the manager on my last visit was very rude, gave our booth to another group of people. Even tho you can pre request the seats. That was really NOT the issue it was his manner, arguing with us, loudly In front of a busy restaurant. I was shocked to learn he was the manager. Do yourself a favour and get someone that deserves to be in this position.. because the braes is a brilliant place to eat and enjoy the atmosphere .."

Went with a few good friend waited for at least 20mins before we had to go get our own menus, then failed to come get our order and had to go to the bar and get our own drinks.
