"We came here for early afternoon drinks and had a decent time, however it was a shame that the two women serving us were in such an obvious rage at all the customers there. Having worked in the hospitality industry I can understand the stressors, however the pub was not that busy as we had mutterings of ‘Jesus Chris’ and ‘can you please wait!’ When we tried to order drinks.In the end we just left and went somewhere else as their was such a hostile vibe. Good food however !"

great local pub, friendly service and delicious food. very child-friendly also with a children's playground and lots of space for buggys.

First time back after lock down. Mike and the team have done an incredible job. Staff wearing masks and only 1 person in bathroom makes the pub a safe place visit. The food hasn't changed, it's just as good as pre locked down.

Came for casual lunch with a friend. Ate a splendid Guinness and Beef pie which was huge and super tasty. Michael is a splendid publican with great warmth. Cosy place with good beers and a separate safe child play area. Recommended!

Recently had a large group dinner here. Menu options were chosen ahead of time so service was fast and efficient. Food was excellent starters, mains and dessert. As on average in London, meals are not cheap but this is definitely a cut above the rest.

Wonderful pub with friendly and efficient staff. The squid and chorizo I ordered was cooked to perfection and the Greek salad was full of flavour. The manager, Michael, was attentive without being overbearing. Clear social distancing guidelines in force too.

Had an amazing dinner tonight with my family,the food is excellent along with the fantastic service from all staff;the Landlord was very welcoming and friendly it is such a lovely family friendly pub. I will certainly be returning. Thank you for such a lovely evening

This place is a little gem. The Sunday roasts are unreal, and the breakfast is something else too! Highly recommend if you’re bringing the kids out for a bite to eat as they even have a play area there for the kiddies... Mike the owner always has time to say hello, and the other staff their are very friendly and helpful... Can’t wait for this Sunday!
