"The food was lovely when it eventually arrived. To start there was 3 starters missing which was a miss read from kitchen and management that came to tell us we ordered extra. Mains were all fantastic even with the extras we had ordered. We waited 1 hour for our deserts before we said something to which we then again received 3 less then was ordered. This was all pre ordered boxing day menu food. What made it even worse was when we went to pay the bill there was no management at all. No apologies was made at all and the management just disappeared even though I sat for 5 minutes so I could explain why I wasn't happy and what I recommend he needed to do to solve the problem. It's a shame as we used to use this place often but will unfortunately we will not be eating under this management again. Very poor at best"

Most of the menu was unavailable. Place looked grubby and dirty. Walked out after paying for our overpriced drinks.

We had Callum as our waiter and he was very polite, well done. The food was good and the atmosphere is pleasant, while there was a little wait on the food, it was worth it, good job to all the staff.
