"we were very disappointed by the restaurant we were looking forward to. we had reserved the table by e-mail. offered us a table in a very dark center, although the restaurant was still almost empty. after complaint we were offered a table in the bright. we ordered a filetsteak medium rare, we got a completely cooked piece meat, but it was still very tender. the teller was made sweetheart, an salad leaf or a disc tomate would have made everything more appealing. the red wine merlot was scary, but enjoyable, and all this at a quite high price. I think we as other guests can be dispensed with."

"we decided today to go with the friend tasty sushi eat. the true fell today on sushi friends in hildesheim. there we chose the [all you can eat buffet]. although we had not reserved we were not only warmly welcomed, but we also gotten into place. the location in general is rather familiary and small, however the place is sufficient for approx. 30 people. the tables are large for approx. 6 people to small for couples on a small table. However, although the tables are small, the place is perfect for drinks, tees and teller with eating. of eating generally speaking, the offer is rather small, but as sushi lovers I would have to confess, we have been completely satisfied with the small selection and were also satisfied. there are small portions on the small table, but these are refilled as soon as they are empty. at the beginning you may have to be fast to get something and eternity. time there is also something to wait until the plates are felt, but with a small talk with the partner bridges this time. So for me I can only say that from sushi we have become very tired, also had a small but exactly matching nudel salad selection and the sushis were delicious, fresh and just the right one. one - yes only one suppe is served, but we did not try because we have come to sushi. the price range is located in the middle, so you can use for approx. 20 euro an All-You-Can-Eat buffet and a drink is served. the buffet costs 16,90. the drinks are 0.2l for 2-4 euro or 0.4l for 3-5 euro the tees and the teekänchen that you yourself are together are also about 3-4 euro. In general, however, you can say that this is a recommended local at the present time for sushi enjoyers. If you come with little expectations, you will not be disappointed."

"- Delivery was fast -Essen was also warm -Döner was very well equipped -The Lord on the phone was also very friendly A star trigger because unfortunately 3 of 6 Döner were delivered incorrectly, which was very bad since I had repeated the order because of the amount of 6 pieces) and once again asked if everything was understood. "Mitte März 2017 waren meine Frau und ich zum ersten Mal in der Kupferschmiede. Aufgrund einer Geburtstagsfeier eines Freundes, sind wir der Einladung gefolgt... Bei der holprigen Straße und dem matschigen Parkplatz (zuvor hatte es geregnet) haben wir uns nur unseren Teil gedacht... Mit dieser Stimmung haben wir das Restaurant betreten. Als wir zum Saal hochgingen, waren wir beide vollkommen fasziniert!! Die Stufen wurden liebevoll mit Teelichtern und Rosenblättern dekoriert. Bevor man den Saal betritt konnte man sich noch in dem großen und wunderschönen Märchen-Spiegel bewundern. Im Saal hat man uns herzlich begrüßt und sofort die Garderobe abgenommen. Sowohl der Sektempfang, als der Weinservice, das Essen und das leckere Dessert wurden perfekt abgestimmt. Auch die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend: Wasserflaschen und Gläser waren nie leer, die Wünsche wurden von den Augen abgelesen und auch die Teller wurden nach max. 15 sek abgeräumt! Das ganze Team hat in einer fröhlichen Art und Weise zusammen gearbeitet, dass man selbst als Gast den Spaß gefühlt hat und sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Vor allem die kleine und junge Kellnerin mit den roten Haaren hat mit so einer Freude gearbeitet, dass man an dem Abend (trotz schlechtem DJ) einfach nur Lächeln konnte!! Mit lockeren Sprüchen zu den leicht angetrunkenen Gästen oder die aufmerksame Art, wenn jemand Besteck o.ä. vergessen hat, hat sie zu einer ausgezeichneten Kellnerin gemacht, die man gerne in Erinnerung hat.Nicht nur wir, sondern alle auf der Feier fanden den festlichen Rahmen: Lage des Restaurants, das Essen und den Service hervorragend. So etwas sieht man selten!Zusammenfassen kann ich die Kupferschmiede einfach nur empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.Lieben Gruß Astrid und Jochen"

"DORFKRUPPE WITH NEW CONZEPT The fact that gastronomy is again affected by a “lockdown” is annoying enough. Michael Wille, head of the well-known “Dorfkrug Bavenstedt” beyond Hildesheim’s borders, has reacted with a promising concept to the new boundaries. If you order by phone or e-mail, you will receive the dish in a cooking bag that is brought to temperature at home in 90° hot water. The finished dishes come hot on the plate and can thus fully unfold their delicious taste. Michael Wille doesn't make great advertising for his concept. Already over twelve years ago he created a distributor and informed his regular guests about the current collection offer in the newsletter. This also applies to his new programme. The vacuum device and also the wake-up glasses for precooking and storing food have been used for years."
