Down from the highway, seen village rug and eaten a wonderfully good sour meat with roast potatoes. Absolutely recommended. Thank you.

you must have experienced it!! super service and absolutely perfect kitchen .... lunch table for the narrow purse. In the evening you should reserve in advance.

after a short telephone call we visited the already known local to lunch. the service was friendly - eating and drinks without any complaint. the midday card is sufficient and the pricing is appropriate.

The duck with the supplements for Christmas was excellent. Super crispy duck, the supplements are very delicious as they tasted the fresh and high quality preparation. Thank you, Mr Wille for this feast!

We ate very well in the village rug in Bavenstedt. All dishes have tasted excellent. The wine was also very good. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long between the individual corridors. The restaurant was well filled so it was good to reserve the table before. Very good value for money. Top restaurant in rural Idyll. Nicely furnished and very friendly service. The food is more than inexpensive (1 pound of asparagus with warm butter and potatoes for 15€. But the best: preparation and raw materials with the best quality! Very delicious selection of desserts. 3 small very pretty beer gardens. Here we are happy to come back. Over there!

the quantities were sufficient and the quality of the meat was good. Unfortunately, the feeds were much too salted. the round tables, even for 2 adults and 1 children, are quite small, have also made the impression.In the first place, the restaurant relatiw is cozy furnishings - there are even a few books for the small and squares in front of the door. the service was average, i.e. not particularly attentive.Everything in all an average stay from which we had promised more.

DORFKRUPPE WITH NEW CONZEPT The fact that gastronomy is again affected by a “lockdown” is annoying enough. Michael Wille, head of the well-known “Dorfkrug Bavenstedt” beyond Hildesheim’s borders, has reacted with a promising concept to the new boundaries. If you order by phone or e-mail, you will receive the dish in a cooking bag that is brought to temperature at home in 90° hot water. The finished dishes come hot on the plate and can thus fully unfold their delicious taste. Michael Wille doesn't make great advertising for his concept. Already over twelve years ago he created a distributor and informed his regular guests about the current collection offer in the newsletter. This also applies... Voir le carte
