"The owner is lovely, she holds her restaurant dear and will go out of the way to make sure your meal is enjoyable. The dishes we ate were astounding, and the cook took the liberty of adding an ingredient to one of them: grapes were added to the crostone. The dish was good on its own, but the addition brought it to a whole other level: I can only assume the grapes filled the sweet flavour that the other ingredients left free in a perfect fit. In the end I told this to the owner and she strongly suggested I go tell the cook, which I did. I 'm happy I can still find places where they care so deeply about the products they serve."

Pranzo squisito, veramente tutto ottimo, dagli antipasti al dolce. Abbiamo mangiato il crostone con lardo di colonnata e ricci, ottimo, crostone con tonno, cipolla caramellata e pistacchi ottimo, il tortellino ai neri, squisito. Personale accogliente e professionale.

Very unique and great Sicilian food. The elderly couple that owns the place are wonderful, and they make great recommendations. They also really make people feel welcome! The place has limited seating (about 8-9 tables inside), so try to get there before 9. The owners will turn people away once it gets full. Highly recommend the beef tips. The veal was high quality and cooked to perfection. The vegetable risotto was sadly bland, but the rest of the food we tried was great. Prices are decent. The menu is a bit difficult to understand at first, as the English translations are directly below the courses listed.
