The service was also commendable, with attentive staff that contributed positively to my meal. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired, scoring only a 2. It felt a bit lacking in ambiance, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The price per person was reasonable, falling between £10 and £20. All in all, it's a good spot for a satisfying breakfast, but a more inviting atmosphere would elevate the experience."

"on Friday via the oven app for pickup. the pizza was fantastic, large portion sizes and cheap. the customer service was under try very well. have already recommended to friends and family, we cannot wait to visit the restaurant when they reopen. until then it will be our new pizza collection!"

"A group of 11 of us visited on a midweek work night, and while it was a bit cramped, larger groups might find it challenging. The service was impressive—our waitress offered recommendations for some milder dishes for a few of the guys. The chef even suggested we reduce our starter order, thinking it might be too much for us (a decision that favored the diners rather than the restaurant's bottom line). We ordered a variety of meals, all of which arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Service: Dine-in."

"Mother's special. we should be greeted with a glass bubbly for mama, but none was offered. only after she was asked after the meal, she was brought. Nobody else in the restaurant seemed to know until we asked. the service was the worst thing I ever had in the hotel. all employees did not seem to be trained as they do their job and all looked like new employees without help or obvious. although many employees seemed to hang in the kitchen, unless they served something then went back directly. our frying pig came with from the apple sauce promised on the menu and from the pastry to almost finished it was no one to ask how they were all in the kitchen. not even at every point I was asked if everything is in order or whether I enjoyed my meal. when the bill came, it was wrong, I was overloaded. no apology just took her away and replaced her. this is only the second time that the fenwick hotel comes as it was bought by previous owners and I must say that the service and standards have gone downhill. I use it to be regular all the time, but the last two was extremely poor. Not sure I'm returning after having been a loyal customer for many years. pity that it has changed the hands to be a wild one. now seems unloved and unmanned. poor show"
