our first time in the hotel and wow we had a great time staff are friendly and courteous our room was nice very clean and comfortable eating was stunning definitiw going back already booked for later in the year.

Great hotel. Rooms good size and very comfortable, on site restaurant excellent. Staff pleasant. Good breakfast with good choice of options. If we had one criticism it's the bathroom shower, it needs a bit more power. Voir le carte

The use of the pool/jacuzzi outside hot tub for 2 hours with afternoon tea afterwards was great value for £35 per person, especially as a towel, robe slippers were included. Afternoon tea was sandwiches, cake scones, jam cream and was served in a stylish, tasteful, relaxed area. The service was unobtrusive, gentle and attentive. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. However, the lounge and other rooms are a bit small. It is difficult to access the center of Tenby due to a lack of pavements, which takes about 20 minutes. During my visit, there was an older clientele who were quite quiet. Overall, my visit to Tenby was very pleasant. It is a large Welsh resort town.

Every member of the team were so friendly and helpful especially Mandy and the restaurant manager whose name I didn't get.The spa ladies were very accomodating and the treatments were first class.The restaurant team serve tasty generous dishes in a recently decorated top notch restaurant.We were a group of 6 ladies but there were couples and families with children and we were all looked after.The hotel is a 20 min walk to town and there are plenty of taxis for the return trip. My partner and I stayed at this hotel with our two young daughters, and we all absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room is well-furnished. Even though we were in a family room with four of us, it didn't feel cramped. It was great that the TV had Netflix built in! The only downside was that the shower had a slower flow and took a long time to warm up. However, the service was fantastic. The receptionist and the lady who served us breakfast were both very helpful and kind to my girls, which was very refreshing to see. The breakfast and dinner were also very good. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and were very satisfied. The hotel is located near the city of Tenby and has ample parking available on the premises. The building is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and even had a balcony. The facilities were modern and the wifi was strong. The only downside was that there was no toilet brush in the room. We opted for the breakfast and were impressed with the selection available at the buffet, as well as the option to order fresh eggs. Well first of all arriving to the hotel it looks like an average house with a lots of car park, apart from the sign on the side of the road that says Heywood Spa nothing special for a 4.6 star hotel.The stuff is absolutely amazing, feels like a family run “posh wannabe” hotel.We had the executive room (210), the double bed had 2 single mattress, ripped wallpapers, a really noisy old school A/C and a little TV like a monitor in the middle, shower has a really really poor water pressure, you have to be straight under it, the walls are very thin you can hear people sneezing 4 rooms next to you and hear people checking in the reception even though it’s pretty far away.
