The restaurant is fantastic and a lovely place to dine. Our evening was fantastic and we enjoyed it so much that we plan on returning later in the week. The price per person ranges between £40-50. The food was amazing but unfortunately it took a while, as did taking our order. It loses that one star for all just taking a bit too long. The Elm Tree Pub serves exceptional food! Their sausage rolls are among the best I've ever had. They also offer many gluten-free options, which was a huge plus for us. We were so impressed that we even hired them to cater our wedding, and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for dining out or catering services. Food: 5 stars. Voir le carte

We booked a table for most of the day and they were happy to accommodate, we had lunch and dinner. The soup of the day with Scone was delicious as was the side salad (more than enough for two). No issues with parking as we arrived just before opening. The outside seating area is large and there is a large fielder area for you to stretch your dogs legs if required. Great place for food and drinks. This place does get busy so you may want to prebook before hand.the staff are hard working and very polite.the food is beautiful and very well presented.theres a great outdoor seating area which is a real sun trap in the summer months.the car park can be a little tight when busy but there is a extended part if you carry on through to the left,just follow the road round. Came with my partner and little boy for a rare meal out, ordered 2 mixed grills, kids meal and some sides. Everything on mixed grill was lovely except for the gammon which was horrendously salty and rendered the meat completely inedible unfortunately. The reason for my low stars didn’t lie with the food, but sadly the staff who appeared rude, aloof and watched our table like hawks for the entirety of our meal, at one point there was 3 staff and the chef looking over and staring. It made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the duration of our meal. We left half our meal and paid immediately not able to get out of the uncomfortable experience quick enough!
