"it was so good to go back to the parson woodforde today that allyson steve is at the tax. a so beautiful pub, recently reopened and worth a visit. lunch was absolutely excellent, the leber and speck was for dying. After we ate in the drayton old lodge at many occasions, we were thrilled to hear that this amazing couple had taken over this pub and gave us a reliable spot to catch up with friends. I could add that we have to travel there for an hour and half a time, but it is worth it. when the opportunity appears, we will certainly use the beautiful accommodation and then they can enjoy the full monty breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner! a beautiful greeting, especially for our labor, harvey, (ventilated in the bar area), which the experience as much as we enjoyed. thanks to allyson and her personal for such a nice lunch time, we will be back! especially when my favorite shiraz was reminded and produced at my arrival how good this is! I wish them all very best in their new venture."

"We visited this restaurant for the second time this week, this time for breakfast. We then stayed to enjoy some coffee with friends. I have to say, the poached egg, toast, mushroom, and beans combo was absolutely the best I've had in a long time! It was very tasty and beautifully presented. My partner had the Full Monty, which he almost finished completely - the hash browns were the only thing that defeated him, but it kept him satisfied all day. We also had the biggest pot of tea for two that we have ever seen! Our friends enjoyed tea and a slice of cake. We also came for lunch during the week and had omelettes and drinks. My partner really enjoyed the cider. The service was excellent and the food was fresh. It was great to see the restaurant busy!"

"We were staying at the HPB and decided to go to the bar for drinks.We we’re going to eat there but the menu was limited and very very expensive Ham,egg, and chips was ridiculous.Although you are allowed now to order from the bar ,we...were told to sit down ,and either order on the app ,if the staff come over they charge service charge.We we’re the only ones in the whole bar and it was a Saturday night.We have been coming her to Norfolk for over years on holiday.And the bar has gone down so much over the years.You can now longer book Sunday lunch as they don’t do that either in the restaurant.With all the holiday apartments on sit they could do very well.The staff we not that friendly and helpful and considering the bar was empty it was poor. Definitely one to avoid far to expensive for what they for six drinks is awful."

"We stayed in the hotel so had breakfast and dinner included. The food selection was excellent and quality good. The highlight of the weekend was the customer service in the restaurant, particularly by Ryan and Lily. Ryan had such a way with customers. He clearly has an extremely successful future in hospitality ahead of him."
