I visited this restaurant for the first time in about 10 years. The staff were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. However, the interior of the place is in need of some renovation as it looks tired and outdated. There were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling in the men's restroom, which was a safety concern.

Very noisy. Groups of drunken men shouting in each others' faces. Distancing? No way . Loads of very young legal? people all over the place. Singer and karaoke in the used to be pleasant dining room. Used to like it as a civilised quiet place to have a chat. Used to be very tightly run bar. Now Wild West Saloon. Won't be back. Not for us any more. Really no stars but food and service ok so one

The food at this restaurant was extremely bland. The macaroni cheese had no flavor and the cheese on top was rubbery. The bruschetta consisted of a piece of bread with chopped onions and peppers, but lacked any dressing or garlic. The vegetables in the salad were diced smaller than those on the bread and were also tasteless. The only thing I could taste was the burnt edges of the bread. Overall, the food was disappointing compared to Wether spoons, which I believe is microwaved. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Voir le carte

Went for family get together to Lanark to see the Christmas market and light switch on. Six adult women all who have medical conditions (some severe although not visible) As soon as we walked in the door the female manager for some reason took an instant dislike to us. All we wanted was a rest and something to eat to take medication. She told us the food was stopped. I asked for how long and she said she didn’t know. I said we’d wait By this time a queue in the middle of the floor was beginning behind us. I asked the girl behind the bar to help us and she said ‘are you the one that was turned away’ I was not aware that I had been ‘turned away’ I wear a hearing aid although again you wouldn’t...

This pub is great for a regular visit, but not recommended for hosting parties. We booked the venue for my sister's 30th birthday, and although the staff were friendly, the DJ was a major letdown. He claimed to be unwell and spent most of the night either resting his head on the decks or hanging out in the bar area. When we informed him of specific songs we wanted played for the birthday girl, including her "last dance song" and her special song with her fiancé, he assured us it would be no problem. However, at 10:30PM he admitted he didn't have her song as he only had Spotify. He finally played the last song at 11:40pm before quickly leaving before we could address the issue. The bar staff...

I went into the Clydesdale meet a friend last night only to be told by the staff that the price of a pint of Stella had now reached £3.70. This is the second price increase this year and a pint of Stella has gone up 13.7% in real terms. All the staff here are really friendly and provide an excellent service ALWAYS! I really cannot understand how any business can justify an increase of this magnitude. Whilst at the bar ordering my drink, I did take into account other customers reaction to the price increases and I felt really sorry for all the bar staff who were dealing with the shock of the customers extremely well.
