Da es gut besucht war, war es sehr laut und eine Unterhaltung kaum möglich. Die Pizza war lecker, die Nudeln sehr ölig. Das Personal war bemüht.

average Italian cuisine to overcrowded trips. I cannot share the previously highlighted hospitality. a simple drink order of 2 drinks per person was acknowledged with the statement "are they finished now" and "was it then".

Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker, besonders die original italienischen Spaghetti Carbonara. Der Weißwein passte auch sehr gut zum Essen. Das Ambiente ist hell und freundlich und das Personal ist humorvoll, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Food was OK, but staff was very rude. We were traveling. I wanted a light lunch. My wife was not hungry. When I ordered a single small pizza, the waiter snatched the plate and silverware away from my wife's place. When I shared a slice...with my wife, the waiter clearly expressed his disapproval. I even heard him discussing with another waiter his dissatisfaction that other guests had ordered only a lunchtime salad. We have traveled in Germany for more than four decades. Für unser Empfinden mit der beste Italiener in Hildesheim. Noch nie so leckere Pasta gegessen (Original italienische Carbonara und die Spezialität des Hauses aus dem Parmesanlaib) !! Auch die Vorspeisen eine Augenweide und Hochgenuss (Carpaccio und Thunfisch-Crudo). Vorweg gab es noch super leckeres, frisches Brot mit Pesto aus Oliven, getrockneten Tomaten, Sardellen und Karpern. Wer sich ein bisschen mit Qualität und guter Gastronomie auskennt empfindet die Preise als durchaus angemessen und keinesfalls überteuert!! Portionen sind ebenfalls angemessen und man wird definitiv satt. Service durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch immer einen lustigen Spruch auf den Lippen, so geht Service!...

We had a bad experience on the eve and wanted something else after a long walk in the old part of Hildesheim with a view of the magnificent churches. This place is directly opposite St. Andreas. My wife had delicious turbot filled with Chanterelles and Ravioli... with Porcini. The freshness of the fish, the sharpness of their skin and the bright yellow of the Chanterelle were a tonic after the eve of the marketplace with dead gray mushrooms and gnocchi. I chose fetters with rubbed truffles: a brilliant, aromatic choice, although I say it myself. You really know how to make pasta here. Instead of the usual procedure of apologising profusely, immediately replacing the meal or offering a reduction from the bill, he walked away claiming he couldn 't see...them.
