"We booked here for a group of 17 people for lunch. All of us preordered beforehand and there was a mix of dietary requirements. Firstly, service was lacking, not very attentive, no check throughout the meal either, the server was very nice but not knowledgable on questions asked. Waiting times were incredibly long, for a three course meal we were still waiting for desserts three hours after arriving. Several people had to leave and cancel their desserts due to the long wait. About an hour or so wait between courses. I had the starter of sweet chilli cauliflower which was delicious, very well cooked and spiced. For main I had the Jerusalem artichoke ravioli, along with four other people in the group, unfortunately this was inedible. The ravioli had been cooked to a soft mush, there was no filling in most of the parcels, the watery sauce was so salty that it really was beyond unpleasant. Everyone who had this dish left some, or all, of the meal. Some of the other diners were unimpressed with their Christmas dinner, especially considering quite a high price point. One diner was given the wrong dish and by the time the correct meal was brought out the rest of the group had finished. When it came to staff taking away plates there was no mention of the left food. One of the diners raised the issue regarding the ravioli dish and was advised it would be fed back. All of us were charged full price for the meals at the till. I declined to pay for mine, as at £15 and half a ravioli parcel eaten, I was not prepared to pay for it. They did accept this and deducted it from my bill, I do feel however this should have been offered when full plates of food had been returned. I did not have a dessert as the vegan option was unfortunately just ice cream. Those that did really enjoyed their desserts however and they were a good size portion, particularly the crumble. Although for me just having had the cauliflower starter, and no breakfast, I left there pretty hungry and nearly fours later! The pub itself and the location is lovely. Not sure if it was just an off day and they were overwhelmed, but based on this experience today I sadly wouldn’t return."

We hired a dome as a family of 3 and had a fabulous time the food was incredible and the service was second to none! We would highly recommend the pub and the dining in a dome experience

Love this place for casual drinks and the tapas dishes. Heard lots about the desserts so I had to treat myself. Black Cherry Cheesecake with Hobnob biscuit base was absolutely amazing. Had to say well done to the pastry chef Jack

Can’t exactly remember when we went, but it was a few months ago. The food was very average and, for what it was, overpriced. It’s a pity that the quality of the food does not match the ambience. I would require a great deal of persuasion to go again. Voir le carte

Ate in one of their domes for my friend's birthday to make it that little bit special and they did not dissapoint! It was lovely and warm and spacious with the food closely resembling fine dining. Tasty and not badly priced. Would recommend anyone going here and would definitely visit again.

We had a romantic dinner for two in one of the domes. It was nice and warm despite it being cold outside. The service was amazing and the staff kept checking we were ok so we didnt get to use the call button. The food was amazing. A special evening. Massive thanks to all the staff and especially Jade.

Dined here last night for my daughters birthday and booked a Dome.Just Wow,what an experience,our waitress Ruby was incredible and the food was amazing.I’d mentioned on booking that it was my daughters birthday and she was over the moon to enter the dome and see a Birthday greeting and card.Thank you so much to all the Team for making my daughters night so special Voir le carte

Due to a recent change in my diet I can no longer eat gluten and have been worried about eating out since, however tonight we had the such a lovely meal with so many GF options! Always rated the ye olde bridge in before but rate them even more so for how they cater for dietary requirements. Definitely recommend their GF pizzas!! Couldn’t taste a difference between normal and GF really. Will definitely be now my go to pub going forward

How do I say this this without sounding like a nutter... Wow.. everything that happened that night was absolutely fantastic. The whole team was brilliant from the woman behind the bar who first saw us(fantastic tattoos by the way the absolute delight Ruby who looked after us in the dome experience (worked in the industry for 6 years and she's up there with her costumer service, simply Incredible (carry on being yourself ruby your amazing let's not forget the chefs!! Food was stunning absolutely incredible the menu had variety and was more than different enough to cater for us all. Honestly credit to the people in that kitchen they clearly care and love food... Absolutely fantastic thank you....
