Turk's Head - Carte

The staff is very friendly, and there's always great music playing. The location and views are absolutely breathtaking. The interior is filled with unique and interesting decor. This place is a must-visit if you're in IoS. Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5

Charming and welcoming pub with an unmatched location. Tranquil and calm. The staff are clearly working so hard and trying their best even though it can be really busy, they are very nice and polite. I have many fond memories of drinking a wonderful shandy overlooking the bay. The inside of the pub is covered in memorabilia and all sorts of interesting objects and island history. You can only eat inside and you should book in advance for large parties.

This place could so easily rely on it's setting to get people through the door and I don't think too many people would complain if they did. It is truly idyllic! But, it turns out the food is quite superb. I had the lamb curry often a risky move in a pub but it was sensational. As agreed by three in our group who also had it. Slow cooked to perfection and delicately spiced. Beautiful. The desserts looked pretty lovely too although I was content to just got for another beer and sip it whilst taking in the sunset.
