"....e centralissimo stabile di Andermatt costruito nel 1620 , da cui il nome del locale, una deliziosa sorpresa alla fine della nostra giornata di sport .Un winebar con ambiente molto accogliente , ben arredato , di piacevole atmosfera.La scelta dei vini al calice , simpaticamente evidenziati su due lavagnette , e delle bottiglie esposte (anche in vendita ) , è orientata su produzioni di gamma alta e di grande qualità e rappresentano il top dei Cru italiani che il giovane e preparato Sommelier Andrea illustra e consiglia con grande professionalità seguendo ed assecondando i gusti e le esigenze del cliente .La scelta è caduta su una bottiglia di Nebbiolo , un campione , servito con un ricco tagliere di formaggi , freschi bocconcini di mozzarella campana ( incredibili ) , insaccati ed affettati , che rappresentano l'eccellenza della produzione artigianale italiana .Atmosfera molto rilassante con una vena di piacevole allegria che aleggia nel locale , merito della simpatia e cordialità del Sig.Andrea e di sua moglie.Cena solo su prenotazione con parmigiane , lasagne ed insalateMusica soft , molto rilassante e mai invasiva .Servizio solerte , nonostante il locale fosse pieno.Personale attento e gentilissimo.Prezzi in linea con quanto offerto .Un must go da non perdere. ."

"The food was so good, we came back a second time during our short stay in Andermatt! The dish that blown us away? The Alplermagronen: penne with cream, bacon served with apple puree and roasted onions. It's my personal preference not to add the puree into the pasta to avoid mixed sweet and savory taste. But the dish alone was awesome. Pizzas were great too.. Crust was crispy, ingredients were fresh.. Couldn't have it any better. Meals can't be complete with a Panache or a beer! Wonderful experience we had"

"This place is the perfect blend between old and new. From the outside, the building perfectly blends in into the landscape of a Swiss Alpine village while inside you will find yourself into a cozy and modern ambient. The gourmet kitchen is super super good, but I must say that portions are really small and prices very high... (but I guess that is the definition of gourmet food? . I had the chance to stay there one night toward the end of the ski season, and this was the only period I could personally afford. "I sat down to eat with some new friends expecting a great meal. Everything I heard was that the food was phenomenal and let me tell you... Oh.My.Gosh... BEST PULLED PORK IVE EVER HAD! As someone who has lots of BBQ, there was quite a bar to cross but boy did they do it. That being said I did take a half hour to decide because it all sounded SO GOOD! Definitely coming back to try more 10/10 Don't miss experiencing Piste, it's so worth it "
