"Remember you will be here for a flight it the food. The purpose of this place is to provide a reasonable fill for a large number of travellers and the odd visitor, who will have no expectation of any form of culinary excellence. What it does it manages reasonably well but there are plenty of areas of concern. You will probably be spending the night at the hotel and won’t be looking for any other overpriced offering elsewhere. When you book you will be offered a ‘meal deal’ great for those with late check ins but the fact is most people are checked in by 7am when service starts. The offer is useless to this large group. For those just wanting an evening meal one has to phone to book not easy in this automated utopia, and put up with the prices which, thought low for the South East, are steep for those from Up North: our bill for 2 courses and 2 rounds of drinks was almost £80 with not only solicitation for a tip but also a charity to whom I do not want to give money. Ugh!I have a particular loathing for Companies that expect me to donate my hard earned cash to their pet charity, especially when, for personal reasons, it is one I would never donate to. The menu is riddled with management speak ‘our take on’i is everywhere as are unnecessary hyperboles that I find off putting. Just write the menu in simple English without the horrid exaggerations. Starters are very limited. For my wife soup was her only choice. My bog standard prawn cocktail was £7 . Portions OK but don’t even dream of asking for anything that is not strictly within the menu. Steaks followed hard to get that wrong but needless to say the chips were frozen and clearly a budget brand. Cooked to our taste. Neither my wife nor I could find any temptation in the dessert menu so we passed. Service appeared manic externally but when it came to our own table was slow albeit friendly. Trying to order a round of drinks was far from easy. Just remember you are being fed as part of a crowd. You are here either for or after a flight in all probability. If you remember this I am nit aware of anywhere preferable in the Gatwick complex but that is not saying much."

We had an overnight before flying and ate here. The food was really nice, better than I had expected and very reasonably priced. Worth eating here if you are staying in the hotel.

The food was delicious and was served promptly despite the busy atmosphere. If you are staying at the Premier Inn, you can reserve a table by calling 0871 5279354 (press 3 for reception).

This wonderful restaurant had a fantastic host named Bikas, who was both knowledgeable and helpful. The food was delicious, and Bikas took great care of us, making our evening truly fabulous.

Never quite sure how good an airport hotel meal might be , but this was great . Well organised and friendly well done Antonio and the chefs The menu had a few options that were away from the norm like the spicy burrito The mixed grill was just great tasty and well cooked . Also, the Ice cream Sundae was excellent . Thanks

We stayed a night in The Premier Inn and expected the usual airport hotel drab food. What a surprise we had. My wife and I were superbly looked after by our waiter, Bryn L, who was polite and very efficient. We both had the steaks and they were really delicious. Tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. The side salad was fresh and perfect size. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Wonderful place for a pre-flight meal. Excellent service and clean restaurant. The menu isn't overly extensive but does have all of the main meals you would expect in a pub. There is seating indoors and outdoors, but be sure to book when you check in to Premier Inn as it does get incredibly busy. We enjoyed a bottle of wine, fish and chips and a curry with an ice cream and sticky toffee pudding for desert! All came to about £60 for 2 people. Lovely evening!

I was here for dinner and for breakfast during my stay. The food was extremely good I had the butternut squash and spinach curry and I had a lovely server he was male with glasses a little older but he bent over backwards to make sure everything was good for me and that was with a busy restaurant. For breakfast I had two lovely servers again Sandra and waqar who made sure I got porridge made without dairy as I have allergies, they also offered me the dietary diary and took me more porridge with soya milk and water so that I had a choice! Great food and great service. Quick service and everything was stocked up and I mean this restaurant was out the door on both occasions and they still manag...

A high volume, feed 'em and move on set up. The menus are limited and rigid. Don 't bother asking for potatoes any other way than the menu says. They will look bewildered, then outraged at your request, before telling you That is how it comes ... The starters range from prawn cocktail to squid or fish goujons. Real 1970s Chef n Brewer! Chicken wings 10 Or 15, spicy or plain, add a USA dash.. Mains included ribeye or sirloin, (They tell you it has been hung for 30 days but are afraid to tell you how much it weighs!!! Not so with the burgers...2x4oz in a brioche bun they proudly say, extra for bacon. Chicken pan fried with chips was ok. Beef and ale pie would have been good with chunky chips a...
