I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I visited to celebrate my son's birthday. The price per person was between £30 and £40. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 5 out of 5!

Gorgeous plate of fish and chips with peas served today, I couldn't wait to eat so there is a chunk out of the fish some peas missing . The fish batter was light, fish cooked perfectly served with peas homemade tarter sauce. It was delicious no problem for the staff when I asked for extra tartar sauce later some tomato sauce as I had so many chips left over . We ate here today as a family of three. The food was terrible and I had to send my venison pie back as the meat was like old leather boots. The onion rings and garlic bread were tasteless and the chips were horrid. The waitress was lovely but the food ruined our day as we drove a long way for a day out. I ended up £50 down for what we did eat but even that wasnt particularly good. Eating out isn 't cheap these days, so you expect quality when paying good money. Worst place I 've ever eaten. We had a fantastic evening here on Friday 7th Feb. Janine was so accommodating and a great help in our (fairly last minute! request for a space to hold a karaoke night for our friend's hen party. Probably the most welcome I've ever felt in a pub/restaurant every member of staff were so lovely. The food was incredible and great value for money. They helped us set things up, and we even had two (fantastic guitarists play for us for the last part of the evenings karaoke. Couldn't have asked for a better night and we will definitely be back!
