"Wetherspoon always has good prices and the prices here are below average. Food is reasonable and the service is good. I have noticed recently that the cask ale is below par probably because the beer pipes are not cleaned as often as they should. The place is child friendly and there is good parking behind the premises. It is not wheelchair friendly as there are steps at both back and front entrances."

Fish chips full of oil fried in oil too hot ,chip no bad. Double burger and chips very pish poor, gammon very disappointed and they couldn't even do a large mixed pish poor

Fantastic Pub with absolutely great staff. Food served quickly and cooked to a good standard. Tables reasonably spaced apart so can move. Tables cleaned quickly after people leaving. Also very cheap being Weatherspoons, twice the food for less than a McDonalds.

Excellent food and staff... My wife and I got stalked by a crazy cross dresser! The creature watch us with every mouthful, it was very off putting, then the cross dresser was taking food and drink from tables, PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEVIANT called Being D on YouTube video 52

Run down, and over due for deep clean and new carpets. Seating overdue for reupholstery . Service was the worst of any wetherspoon's I have ever been in. It's a clean your own table kind of place. Was a Sunday so perhaps no manager on site to oversee the ques at the bar, only one staff serving. Its a shame Saltcoats has went the way of this wetherspoon's.
