"Good pizza doesn't require gimmicks and La Cucina does good pizza. The margarita on its own would have been amazing, without having to add other toppings! Prices were fair and staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. It was busy without seeming busy and the staff were in total control. would recommend and intend to go again when I visit Stirling next."

"The family room on the upper floor of the Old Chimes, about 100 m away, is beautiful, cozy, spacious and quiet. Spacious with tea, coffee and pastries of the tasty variety. View of the cathedral, fantastic. Public parking within walking distance. Only the bathroom has gotten a little bit small, but everything is needed, no problem. Cheap and really very nice in the place, recommended. This includes a very nice restaurant with nice staff. Apart from a delicious asparagus risotto, we did not find the food so good, hardly spiced. We've eaten better in Scotland."

"the staff was friendly enough. I tried to find a light baptism article on the menu. they do not allow eggs, or alternative food items on toast, after which nothing has done to me than the ingredients for what I wanted to order were still available...as always they had to buy a complete breakfast. I decided to go on and get the whole breakfast. at the order I asked for no speck or mushroom, then I was asked if I would like to pay for an additional product, as they do not offer alternatives? I said no, my friend has pointed out whether she pays for the breakfast and she does not have an alternative in the replacement for what she can eat, why would she pay an extra for some more? or tomat? the lady she serves said she would ask the cook what they could do. when the breakfast arrived, the homemade beans were nice. the soße was, however, raw in the middle. the egg had still raw white environment of the joch. I usually ask for a sunny side up and eat soft eggs, but no roasted egg with raw white. to round it, the toast and kartoffels were hard and cold at the arrival. when the waitress took away the plate, she saw several times on the plate with the half of the food still on it. she appeared anxious and didn't ask how her food was? out of courtesy, I didn't send the food back what I had. I will not come back or recommend the caffe."

"A day trip to the Wallace monument and Stirling castle allows a new lunch option. I have to say the menu had a pretty decent vegan selection and I had the smoked tofu bao and a side of Mac cheese. My partners in crime had the burger, tacos and. Fries. Overall the food was decent. The Bao buns could have done with with sauce or salad before loading as it got dry after the first few bites, but the pickle on top was nice. The jackfruit tacos were good ans the only disappointment was the Mac cheese. It’s was really bland and for a basic staple a big let down. Overall a decent option in B.O.A. "It was very busy with no availability for a table, so we went to the chip shop, also busy , with a line outside and this is usually a good sign as it shows its popular with locals . Chips were not good, the potatoes used were full of eyes and I left lots of uneaten black bits, fish was OK. Everything freshly made so nice and hot, but this obviously added to the stress of the main Fryer person as he was quite terse while taking some orders. It would be better if the juice selection was visible so the cashiers didn 't have to answer questions about what juices they have the cans were stored below counter height so weren 't visible to make a selection before asking) . I finished my fish but left most of the chips."
