"We decided to stay overnight in Usk on the way back to Bath after a family funeral. We'd stayed at The New Court before so decided to try there first. Luckily a twin room was available . It cannot be described as luxurious/contempary or boutique but it was extremely clean and comfortable and excellent value. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. The landlord and his staff were so friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay there again (hopefully not for a funeral) as we like Usk very much and know the New Court Inn will be welcoming and comfortable."

Went for Sunday lunch on 4th Feb. The meal was fantastic. Service great too. Place is Lovely warm and cosy. Definitely going back.

This pub has grown on me more and more over last few years. Had light bites with some beers before Christmas and it was excellent. Staff great. Good atmosphere.

Friendly staff who are always happy to help, clean tidy rooms, best night sleep in ages the bed was proper comfortable. Good size bathroom. Food was great would definitely recommend a visit when you are in usk.

Absolutely lovely little place! Cosy, friendly feel. Lovely people Superbly comfortable bed in a great little room I was so glad of the cold fan as it was extremely hot all weekend. I was there for a wedding at the castle, it was a joy to stay there …and the breakfast was fabulous

Had my birthday lunch with friends on 12th January 2024. There were six of us and we were all impressed with the lovely food and the inn itself which was warm and cosy on a very cold day. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again.

Pippa the server was amazing and so friendly she was so kind we had the lunch special menu fish and chios and chicken in breadcrumbs and triple cooked chips so reasonable and a generous amount and home made sorbet and ice cream it was delicious will definitely be coming again 100 per cent recommended

Good food and decent service. We came on a quiet Saturday for an early dinner and food didn 't take too long. Biggest piece of fish I 've ever had absolutely massively with delicious crispy batter. Chips were twice cooked yet were still soft and floppy usually twice cooked means they 'll be lovely and crispy but sadly not.

We had Sunday lunch at The New Court. It was 1st class. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The Beef was unbelievabley tender and the portions were so generous. The children had chicken and that was really tender and tasty. All served with Yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese.The service was really good with everyone being friendly and welcoming. Definitely reccomend this place .
