The Bugle - Menu

We love coming here for a carvery on a Sunday, every time the food is delicious, constantly being topped up and hot. The girls behind the bar are so nice and friendly and the waitresses.

New owners have turned the Bugle around, back to the good old days, full of people, kids playing, great atmosphere. Will be going back regularly. Carvery fantastic price, food hot and tasty.

Hands down the best carvery I have ever had, food off the regular menu is absolutely delicious, it's pub food but the quality of it speaks for itself, very family friendly but not in your face with it and amazing value

Had a voucher for Winter Warmer 2 courses. Booked in for lunch and after very good fish and chips with bread and butter then chocolate brownie sundaes we certainly didn't eat again that day. Has indoor play area for little ones which my grandaughter loved. Very helpful and cheerful staff

Had a great evening with a group of friends last night. It was curry night and the choices were very good and the food was excellent. Very good value for money too. Made to feel welcome on arrival, friendly and attentive members of staff. Very clean premises. Great decor too. Well done all!!

Great family meal out! If your looking for a quiet place this isn’t it, but it’s lovely to hear the children playing, lots for them to do, outdoor and indoor play areas, children’s books and everything lovely pool table, and amazing food, very big portions and very in expensive! Very quick service, only took ten minutes for four meals! : lovely cat in the garden but does not like dogs!

Visited for Sunday Carvery lunch. Lovely selection of meat and vegetables. Staff very friendly and helpful. The day we visited, there were some issues with the open fire (which is a super asset) smoking into the room. The staff sorted it out as soon as it was noticed and as we were sitting close to the fire, we were given the offer of another table a little further away. Very impressed by everyone and everything.

Went for Sunday carvery today. The table that was reserved for us was not suitable and the young lady that greeted us changed our seating straight away with no fuss or embarrassment caused. The carvery looked very nice and indeed it was. To my personal delight the food was hot and to my husbands the gravy was thick and tasty. Generous serving of meat and a good selection of veg, altogether a meal to be repeated. We will be trying the pie night next. Thank you to The Bugle.

We visited for the Sunday carvery. It was really good, probably one of the best roasts we've had outside of the house. Food was hot, there was plenty of it and service was good even though it was extremely busy. Only thing that was a negative for us, was we were only allowed our table for an hour and a half. I think if you book a table you shouldn't be pressured to leave after an hour and a half and that wasn't explained when I phoned to book. It was a shame as we would of liked to stay for more drinks/coffee etc.
