Our friends recommended this restaurant to us, but unfortunately we were not impressed. Perhaps we made poor choices, but our experience was not great.

Lived in Bramhall for 12 years and always found Chinese takeaway to be hit or miss. Looking at the reviews we tried this place for the first time tonight. Food was ready in 20 mins and was probably some of the nicest Chinese we have had. Not too salty or MSG, real flavours and very fresh. Looking at the guys in the kitchen, all looked super clean and fresh to order. We will return.

Food was nice I strongly recommend the Salt and Pepper squid as a delightful starter. It was very crispy and had a strong kick of pepper when delivered. The Kung Pao chicken was also very delicious, usually it would be dough more than chicken but it was the complete opposite in Sizzling Wok. Very generous portions and friendly staff and delivery driver! Would definitely order again! Food: 5

A friend told me that there is a Chinese take away restaurant near the train station that has some delicious food. I didn’t have time to cook a few days ago so I gave it a try. I ordered Yeung Chow fried rice, stir-fried beef Chow Mein and Kung Pao chicken. The fried rice was yummy . The Kung Pao Chicken has a good taste also. A couple of my friends have recommended Sizzling Wok to me and on Saturday I thought to have a try as I was too tired to cook. The service was exceptional, very friendly staff, delivery was right on time as explained over the phone! The food was equally amazing. I ordered thai green curry and my god it was so authentic despite it being a Chinese takeaway! The rice was also perfectly cooked and not soggy at all despite delivery! Food: 5

One of the cleanest and best takeaway I have every had in Cheadle Hulme. Having living in the area for over 10 years, I gotta say that sizzling wok is my go to place whenever I cba to cook. Not only is the service excellent, staffs are incredibly friendly despite being so busy! The set dinner is an absolute bargain only £11.50 per person which includes a soup, starter and main! I also strongly recommend the Yeung Chow Fried Rice as it taste exactly like the ones served in a Hong Kong tea room!

I was desperate for chinese food yesterday and came across sizzling wok in the area. Thought to give it a try and boy oh boy what an amazing surprise. The order was delivered very efficiently and the food was still piping hot when delivered! Sweet and sour chicken was very authentic and the sauce was cooked to perfection giving such a nice flavour. Another highlight was the stir-fried beef chow mein. Usually when ordering takeaway, the chow mein would come wet and soggy due to the moisture in the delivery box, maybe due to the fast delivery, the noodle was still dry when delivered which was amazing! Would definetly recommend and will be ordering again very soon!
