"Disappointing Customer Service I recently attempted to visit for a meal but was unfortunately turned away by the staff members. I was wearing my work gear at the time, and instead of being treated with respect and hospitality, I felt like an outsider. The staff members gave me unwelcoming looks and made me feel uncomfortable. As someone who values good customer service, I was highly disappointed with how I was treated. Regardless of one's attire, every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. While I cannot comment on the food or overall dining experience, I wanted to share my encounter with the staff members. It is essential for any establishment to prioritize customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued. I hope that this feedback can be taken constructively and work towards creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers."

"First time back here since it reopened. Needs softening. Flowers on tables, take a few out to unclutter. Food good and staff very friendly. Would go back. Need to tidy up outside, didn't look open. Just little things but it would help to get people through the door. Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice and a couple of vegan options. Price per person: £80–90 Food: 4"

"After a bad experience, the manager came to my house to apologise. At this point I have to say probably the best costumer service I have ever received. I was between surprised and delighted. Maybe the food was not right, but it s amazing to see how people are so devoted to their job and hobby (if I may add as i am a kitchen manager myself and I do love my job so much I even consider it a hobby) they go above and beyond to fix things. People still surprise you with their good acts. He offered me to try their food again on the house. And so I did. The food came in time, ther driver apologised again for the lateness of the last time. The food was hot and tasty. Very well taken care off (packaging,presentation) what is sometimes difficult with take aways. My kid who rarely eats anything new tryed and liked absolutely everything. As for us we ate everything. No left overs. Everything was nice,specially the murgh raani (we had to fight for the last bits). Thank you very much for your amazing costumer service and your food. Sadly we will be moving in September but I look forward to order again with you guys anytime soon before leaving Alton."

"fantastic! She returned here after she hadn't visited for long as Mother's Supper for my wife. the menu was full of tempting dishes, but my wife went for a roast. it was very enjoyed, and the cauliflower cheese went down a tasty bite. I decided to have a rib eye. as I wanted, could have been cut with a butter knife. the bonus was asked if she had garlic butter, not today said just to let the chef knock a delicious garlic butter. great customer service and kudos to the chef after what was probably a bit a beast this day! children loved their sausages and short ribs! lightly empty not from the table removed, and some employees might have been a tattoo. more attentive, but this is probably a bit hard at the end of a busy mother's day."
