Grabbed a free table and ordered via a QR coded menu. Burgers were decent and daughter enjoyed the mussels. The view over the harbour made it a pleasant stop.

Absolutely amazing food breakfast and dinner we had there as we stayed in the apartment above ! The staff worked so hard and attention to detail was brilliant amazing place with quality food served by top class people

Maple Belly Pork with scallops, cauliflower puree, tebderstem brocolli, pulled pork bon-bon, dauphinoise potato, crackling and a reduction sauce was the best meal I've had, ever. We waited an hour for our 3 plates of food (ordering online said it could take up to 45 minutes when busy) and when it came, 2/3 of us were disappointed. My sweet potato fritter was undercooked in the middle, and along with the poached eggs and avocado, the entire plate had absolutely no salt or any type of seasoning. I wouldn’t recommend for brunch. they called without reservation, but they found space for us by moving some tables. we started with a brixham sharing board 1 was a lot for us 3 but my man had ordered 2 bretters! I then had seafood risotto, the most beautiful risotto I've ever had, full of salmon, cancer and smoked salmon. my man and my son had a bump steak with chips and a selection of sauces and included in the price was a bottle of wine for £30. no place for pluck! a great fund in our first visit to brixham.

We have just arrived for our first weeks stay in Brixham, it was raining and we were hungry so hubby suggested we go in and ask if they had a table free; they did!! The young lady who greeted us was very pleasant, personable and friendly. We ordered drinks, starters and mains which were all served in a timely manner and were all superb. We so enjoyed our experience that we have booked to visit again on our last night here. The halloumi starter was so flavourful and the half rack of ribs….. absolutely gorgeous, the meat just fell off the bone. Voir le carte

We hadn’t booked and we were greeted by a very friendly team. They advised us that it was no problem. We were just asked to vacate the table by 8. It was 5.30 so this was no problem!! We decided to order 2 starters each and some sides and have it as a buffet meal as so many starters sounded too good to miss out on. Glad we did, everything was spot on. Food was really really tasty. Service was exceptional. Really friendly and the 2 girls on shift were extremely attentive and very hard working and did not stop in the 90mins we were there. Only downside for me was my Raspberry Bellini. It was just cordial in a Prosecco and it didn’t taste nice at all. I just assumed with the menu and the decor,...

We ate here tonight which is our last night of our holiday. We went for our meal rather late seeing we had an 18month old and didn’t she make a scene, just as our food was coming out. The lovely lady serving us said she would put my food back and cook some fresh chips and have a new salad with it when I was ready. Food and service was faultless. Steaks were cooked perfectly!! The lady who served us made us feel very welcome even though we hadn’t booked, and I cannot thank her enough for occupying my child with games etc so my whole family could eat their meal!! Such a shame, nice restaurant, friendly waiting staff. When we arrived we got told a 30 minute wait for food, as there were a lot of tables that had ordered at once, which we thought okay we can wait that long, so we went a head ordered drinks and just main courses, as we didn’t want any starters. 30 minutes later our food hadn’t arrived so we thought wait a bit longer? But then we noticed that all the other tables got their starters, then no tables had no food, then all the main courses for all the tables arrived. 40 minutes later we still had no food the table next to us got fed up and left as they had been waiting a long time, still no main course.
