Food and service awful. Toilets dirty. Won't go again and refuse to take cash. It's companies like this taking advantage of families looking to enjoy time together yet helping push our country further into control of the wef and a dystopia order.

Very attentive service from gentleman responsible for our table. (Asian gentleman). One of the children had a label in the starter by accident and he dealt with it quickly professionally and it didn’t bother us at all. Chicken and Marsala mushroom sauce was really nice. Voir le carte

Staff were great and very attentive Pizza I had was overly cooked, very dry and crispy and tasteless. My wife had Carbonara Alforno which was also dry with basically no sauce. Go to Prezzo quite a lot but after this evening might think twice about going there again. With the prices they charge now, you would expect better.

We were so hungry and got a bit lost, but found this gem of a place. Customers outside advised us that the pizza was really good and so we walked in. Pizza was great and a huge portion, the regular pizza was enough for me and my 2 young children good price as well. The lady who served us was lovely and very welcoming, children got colours and a kids menu. Definitely a positive 1st day in Crawley yesterday, so thank you to the lovely lady behind the bar who took our orders, great customer experience and made us feel welcome.

I just wanted to say how lovely, polite and helpful our waitress, Veronika was when we visited this evening. It was so busy and she didn’t stop. She carried on being professional and helpful even after the duty manager (man in a red checkered shirt) spoke to her a number of times in the most appalling way in front of myself and my family and other customers. She must have felt so embarrassed. He made her cry but she just carried on. Thank you so much for being so lovely. Was just a shame that the duty master and another member of staff behind the bar made us feel so uncomfortable and that the poor girl serving was made to feel how what did. Voir le carte

I wish I could give zero. As frequent customers via Deliveroo (mentioned on our receipt), tonight a whole main dish (of 2) was completely missing. We reported on Deliveroo but also rang the restaurant, who, after answering the phone and leaving me on hold for a long time, told me the food had been in the bag and to speak to the Deliveroo driver inferring that he had taken the food. As I explained, the bag was sealed and if/when it is opened, the bag tears so as it had not, they clearly had not included the dish. They offered a refund but I still needed dinner? They were not interested. We have now had to pay premium delivery, again, for the missing dish. To be clear, I do not believe this is...

we had a fantastic meal last night (Saturday night). The staff were very helpful and put me at ease about being able to provide gluten-free food suitable for a Coeliac. It was reassuring to see the Coeliac UK mark on the menus. We weren't rushed to order even though the team seemed busy and were given the right amount of time between ordering and receiving drinks, starters and main. There was a slight error in the gluten-free pizza I ordered (wrong one toppings), but this was quickly sorted. The Chef wanted to remake the whole table's order so that we would eat together and also advised the GF pizza's take a little longer to make. But we declined this as it would have been extra wasted food....

Went as a group of 4 for an evening meal which ended up being 3 courses each. Wasn't too busy inside and we had reserved a table anyway although despite saying our name and that we were a 4 (2 yet to arrive), staff repeatedly mentioned someone else's name and that they were a 2??? Got it sorted eventually. Prezzo accepts the Taste card, if you have one, and there were no issues caused by us using this. No outside seating available which was appropriate as it was freezing cold.
