This is the best Hot and Sour soup I have ever had anywhere in the world. Don't hesitate to order from this restaurant. The service is fast and the quality is excellent.

Always get our chinese food fix here,Jason never lets you down,some complaining about long waiting times on delivery,thats because its so popular the phone is constantly ringing. Best chinese restaurant in Whitehaven by an absolute mile.

I had Chinese food from this place for the first time tonight. The food was delicious and they told me it would be ready for collection in 15 minutes, and it was! This is the best Chinese food I have ever had and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend it. Voir le carte

If you are ordering a takeaway be careful. Many of these places deliberately leave out an item you ordered. I checked my takeaway at the door and the bag was minus a can I had ordered. When I asked the driver for my money back he only gave me a few loose coins instead of the five and ten notes I had given him.

We were pleasantly surprised with the meal we had here on a visit to Whitehaven. We had a lovely evening and there had been a big improvement from the last time we were there a couple of years ago. Soup was lovely and we all enjoyed a mixture of mains all served piping hot. The staff are pleasant and attentive and we will definitely return.

Since moving here over the years I had given up on finding a restaurant that served authentic Chinese food. However I recently received a tip from some visiting Koreans who said that there was a place in Whitehaven that was doing stuff that was up to scratch. Placed an order and told 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. After 1.5hrs I rand and asked and was told the food was out for delivery. Another half hr passed so I rang back, a boy answered n when I asked for the manager he laughed and said to a girl our friends are on the phone again. Then one of the your front of house pretended to be the manager who I knew wasn’t as I am a regular customer. He then became abusive and very childish. Unfortunately me being stubborn I will not return until these 2 have moved on, wait times n customer service appalling

Ordered take out was told it will be between 1 hour and 1hour 10 minutes. Waited for 1hour 50 minutes before I phoned the place up. Was told they had set off with my food. Then got a phone call off them 2 minutes later to say the driver had been knocking on my door for 10 minutes and had phoned my phone, this did not happen. I am waiting for my food, I can see my front door while I was reading. My phone did not ring and I have no missed calls. They said all they can do is send the food back out but I would have to wait another 25 minutes. I don’t want cold food so declined.

We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for many years, but sadly our last visit was disappointing due to the new management. The spare ribs had meat on only half of the bone, the seaweed was overly salted, the smoked chicken tasted like fudge due to being covered in sugar, and the wontons were smaller than before. The chow mein and noodles were extremely dry as well. When ordering delivery, they give a vague time frame of 'half an hour before or half an hour later' than the requested time, which is frustrating. The restaurant no longer offers a 20% NHS discount and feedback on their Facebook page yielded no response. One positive note is that the delivery drivers are always polite,... Voir le carte
