"We had the most amazing vegan reception at the Marquess of Exeter! From the moment we contacted the manager, Gill, we knew it would be perfect. The venue is beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The food was delicious, plentiful, and affordable. Gill was exceptionally organized and helpful throughout the planning process. The canapes, meal, and desserts were all outstanding, and even our non-vegan guests were impressed. We danced, drank, and enjoyed ourselves until midnight. A huge thank you to Gill, Brian, and everyone at the Marquess. We will definitely be back for dinner next time we are in town!"

The restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Our dining experience was fabulous, and it was the best meal we have had in years at a very reasonable price. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully furnished. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Had a really nice midweek meal here. they were very accommodating allowing us to have the dog in the bar with us whilst we sat at a table eating. The staff looked after us really well and we will definitely be back again. couldn't fault any of the food or drink. large restaurant and plenty of off road parking a bonus
