What a lovely little restaurant with excellent service and great British traditional food. John and his staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will visit again.

Harringtons is an gem of a place. Food is excellent, not expensive and the staff are always very friendly and efficient. They cannot do enough for you. I have been a few times and it's the same every time. I will definitely be back.

John, Lynne and the team are absolutely fantastic. Food is absolutely mouth watering. You will not find food of this quality anywhere else. The attention to detail is second to none. Another delightful evening out with my Daughter-in-law. Friendly welcome and Cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Excellent home style food professionally cooked and presented. Great choice of menu with everything piping hot and plentiful. John and staff attentive and caring and the food prepared by Lyn never disappointing. Well done and thank you.

Popped in Friday tea time just as they were opening. We didn't have a booking but they were able to give us a table. The staff were friendly, welcoming and good fun. The food was fabulous. The price was amazing for what we got. We would highly recommend Harringtons and we will definitely be back soon. Thanks to all the staff for a terrific evening.

This was our first time at Harrington’s as my friend kept telling me how good it was. Well all I can say is it was better than he said. Food was outstanding, and a great menu. John and the staff were totally outstanding with the service. Can honestly say best meal I’ve had in a long time dining out. Will definitely be back with my own family very soon. Stopped her for an early dinner when staying overnight locally. Very friendly and welcoming. Food excellent. Staff excellent, so attentive and cheery. What a treat, good old fashioned service with a smile. In an age where we are only a customer, Harrington certainly bucks that trend. Well worth the set price for mains, dessert and tea coffee. Loads to eat and asked a few times if we needed more bread, veg or chips, all well cooked and presented. Toffee and honeycomb cheesecake was special. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing!! ..like going to your mums or grans for a good traditional lunch or dinner ! Delicious homefayre food, huge portions and all served alongside delicious vegetables, potatoes , amazing chips and cauliflower cheese ..plus complimentary bread and butter !!! Now the desserts !! well…..apart from the amazing selections on offer …we had DOUBLE CHOCOLATE NUGGET ICE CREAM WAFERS …!! The size of these beauties need to be seen to be believed!!!!! Overall ..outstanding value for money and cannot fault food quality or service

Came here to celebrate mine and the hubby's birthday with our parents, the restaurant was busy when we arrived for our table so we had a bit of a wait over our booking time, was getting a bit hangry but the staff were so lovely couldn't apologize enough that the large party had run over their time and were still there, couldn't be helped these things happen, was our parents 1st time here my own travelling from Paisley, we were all absolutely delighted with dinner left stuffed and wondering how soon is too soon to book again haha was also kindly given a bottle of fizz as way of apology for the delay with the table and for our birthdays.
