Just returned from a week’s stay at the Haddon House Hotel. We found the hotel comfortable and the staff very helpful. Breakfast and dinners were delicious- plenty of choice and well cooked. The location is perfect for exploring the area.

We went for dinner as an early Christmas present, having been 4 times this year already. We can not find any fault. The staff are well dressed and very polite. The menu varied and caters for all. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. We will be back.

Haven’t stayed at the hotel. I just booked a table for a meal in their restaurant. Staff were amazing, food was spectacular and the atmosphere was calm and tranquil. Again, food was second to none. What a fantastic stay! We stayed in room 8 looking over the garden) Huge room, excellent facilities and amazingly well appointed bathroom. From the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed by all staff. The room was amazing. Breakfast was WOW! We ate in the resteraunt 1 night large main meal and the LARGEST dessert known to man . It is a fantastic hotel, in an amazing location. We will be back

When you arrive at a restaurant and you immediately feel the ambiance giving you a warm glow you just know things are going to be special. Take a bow Haddon House, a chef that knows his way around the kitchen, pleasant, smart and knowledgeable waiting staff, quality ingredients and good wines make for one of the best Sunday lunches for a long time. Nothing more to be said a stand out occasion.

We dines here on several occasions whilst staying in the hotel The service we received on each occasion was faultless, being both friendly and attentive. Our meals were also nicely cooked and presented, the chef had obviously taken care with the way the food looked. My one criticism would be and this is just a personal view is that the meals are way too large. On the final occasion we dined there we shared a starter (intended for one) and it still seemed generous! In order to enjoy a dessert here I found that either no starter or a shared starter was the only way to have enough room left, as the mains also very generous. So how about a 'lighter bites ' menu?
