Gaudi - Carte

This is an excellent restaurant for those who like sophistication. The food is excellent and the choice of wine just perfect.

The food is quite good (but in small portions). It is also expensive (of course, it is a gourmet restaurant). If you are not in hurry and you are patient then you could go there. Otherwise, don't go, you could wait for almost 1 hour...for your meal.

Gaudi is located inside a Hof reached by 2 passages from off the main streets. We ate outside and there were two little two seater tables. Staff was attentive and polite. We ordered tapas. I have been for dinner at this nice restaurant. Even we have just ordered only tapas it was a very good visit. Our food was very good and also what we have seen on other plates look very good. The service was very friendly and...the location has a very good style. I can recommend this place for everybody who likes tapas.

this is a restaurant that could also survive in new york. Eating, service and ambiente are great. I chose a fish dish that was so delicious, actually typical German with special gurkens and slightly tuned kartoffels. the appetizer venison carpaccio was amazing. we loved the amuse gueule as courtesy of the cook. can not wait for a next time. fine eating best, especially the nice warm late summer night in the courtyard.

we visited a conference dinner of about 40 people. we were in a private room, and the tables were beautifully decorated. there was a set menu that we had chosen from earlier. I had filled zucchini, and my man had roasted bark. we're both over the first course. to dessert we both have chocolate mousses. all the dishes they brought out were beautiful and delicious. I would have liked to order from their regular menu. their braves looked wonderful. it was a very nice evening. Voir le carte

I live in goettingen and I would say this is one of the better restaurants here. Gaudi is located in the centre of town off a main street. There is a courtyard with outside seating when weather permits. Atmosphere was very nice and food was...excellent. Service was perhaps a little slow and waiters not very attentive, but this seems to be the case in many restaurants in this area. Prices were not cheap but they are also not extravagant and considering the quality of the food I thought it was good value.

An ambitious menu of homemade tapas (also in the tapas bar next ddor), pastas, seafood, meats, and desserts. Creative mix of recipes from around the Mediterranean crest don't outdo the French w/their bouillabaisse originale but serve a great fish soup like they would near...any harbour in Spain or Italy. Good quality, nice selection of wines and spirits, and attentive service. English spoken. This was a return visit after having visited w/business partners some time ago. Maybe the restaurant could do something about Google hits?

I ate there for valentine’s day with my boyfriend. It took 1 hour for the starters to arrive to the table, and another hour for the main course (literally, two hours sitting there, ordering soft drinks). After a long day of work, it was the...last thing i needed. Also some things have to improve. Every time someone opens the door, a great cold current of air enters, and i had to put on my coat. Also, the bread didn’t have any dip (they charge 2 euros for the alioli, which usually restaurants give for free with the bread). The entrances and main courses were nice, but nothing out of this world, and together with the waiting time it ended up making me feel annoyed. It’s a shame, i expected mor... Voir le carte
