Not a bad experience here. We were a large group and they accommodated us, no problem. The service was a bit slow, especially with dessert for some reason but they staff were friendly and attentive. Food was decent and good value for money.

All the staff were excellent and dealt with nearly 30 of us. we were there to eat drink and be merry for an 80th Birthday Bash... food was top marks. service was next to none...well done all you girls you all worked hard. I believe most of us will be back again!!! Can't speak highly enough xxx top marks. xxx

we came today my son steve, his wife Jamie-Leanne, and I, we had a very warm greeting, and showed on our remote table, tables were removed, as no one would knock them or something, eating, I had the pate, 'heat and mash, and eton mess, all our meal times were beautifully presented and tasty, service fantastic Voir le carte

We just celebrated my stepdaughter's 21st birthday, and it was an excellent experience! The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful, making the evening even more special. Our waitress, Fiona, was exceptional; she went above and beyond to assist us, from setting up the table to bringing out the cake. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful evening!

The food was disappointing; it seemed like the chef primarily relies on the microwave or fryer. The menu doesn't accurately reflect what you actually receive at your table. The staff also appears to lack basic customer service skills. They constantly claim to be very busy, yet the restaurant was never more than 40% full. I definitely won’t be dining here again, nor would I consider staying at the hotel. This place feels like it’s stuck in the 90s.

I absolutely love this restaurant ever since my friend and her kids introduced me to it! You can make a breakfast reservation, and I really enjoy the variety of options available, including pastries, cereals, a cooked breakfast (I find the veggie sausages quite tasty), pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit juices, and a coffee machine. Plus, I appreciate the great value, especially since kids eat free! Even today, despite being overbooked, the staff were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
