"Five of us ordered beer-battered fish and chips after seeing it on the online menu. When it arrived, the fish looked different (dark brown), so I immediately pointed this out to the waitress. She explained that it was because it had gluten-free breadcrumbs. I mentioned that we did not order gluten-free and wanted the beer-battered cod we saw online. Unfortunately, we were informed that it was not available. The fish was not what we expected and we were disappointed. Due to the attitude of the staff, we decided to remove the tip that had already been added to the bill. While we were leaving without ordering dessert, we were sarcastically wished a Merry Christmas. We will not be returning to this restaurant or recommending it to others."

Food is good with GF options available, ideal for a bright summer day when you can sit outside in the garden, as inside is so dark due to some bright spark painting the walls and ceiling dark green!! The dining experience was fantastic at this restaurant. The nut roast was the best I've had in a long time, and seeing all the donkeys was a charming surprise. The restaurant had a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, but it was difficult to navigate the courtyard in a wheelchair. Our server was a bit creepy, but being a teenager at the end of the day, I can overlook that. Despite arriving after kitchen closure, they still served us a delicious meal, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, great service and delicious food.
