Love this wee gem of a place, always have great food and cheap lunches, my favourite has to be the pate... homemade and delicious!

It did not cost very much. Service was great, food was ok. I enjoyed my dinner but my husband and kids did not enjoy their's as much.

After a slow service the food was quite edible. The staff are quite attentive but could be better. We went for lunch but if I was in a hurry I wdnt go again.

Very pleasant and friendly Bistro with a great variety of Italian dishes, fish chips with kids menu to. Ebis doesn't have a licence but does allow you to bring your own alcohol .

Tried this place for the first and last time today. Service was awful food was worse. I couldn't eat my main course and was refunded a fiver to be fair, but a couple of ladies next to us who had hardly touched their steak pies requested to have their meals to be boxed to take home. I kid you not the server handed them 2 silver trays to scrape their food into. Also finished my starter before I even received my drink and even then my friend had to ask twice. Wouldn't go back.

Went here with a voucher and had read the mixed reviews. My husband had the breaded mushrooms and the lasagne. The lasagne was a bit dry and only 3 mushrooms in the portion but said it was tasty enough. I had the barbecue chicken wings and then the veggie pizza. Chicken wings really nice pizza a bit soggy in places but probably the vegetables. Staff lovely service prompt. The only complaint was food debris on the floor. Will definitely go back and try something different. Give it a go, don't think it will disappoint good value for money.

This was the second time that my husband and I had used a groupon voucher to eat here but it will be the last. Unlike the first time where you could have a starter and any of the main meals up to a value of roughly 8 quid this time it was only pasta or burgers. My husband had the lasagna, it looked very dry and I had one of the pasta dishes which was okay but could have cooked better at home. When we went to pay the bill (after already having handed over the voucher) we were given a bill for the full price of the meal, so what you say, a simple mistake, but the first time we were there the same thing happened, coincidence I don't think so. Shame I had to write this review!!
