"Absolutely fantastic! Everything about this restaurant was great. It’s an independent eatery with a chef who truly cares about his ingredients, resulting in perfectly balanced meals. The lamb was incredibly tender, and the beef practically fell apart at the mere thought of a knife. The dishes were so flavorful that you won’t mind spending money on them. We loved the smoked haddock and salmon fish cakes; their beautifully crispy exterior revealed a smoky aroma when cut open. The smooth pâté had a delightful flavor, and the tender beef and irresistible lamb were highlights of the meal. Thank you for the attentive yet unobtrusive service. We can’t wait to return and try more delicious dishes!"

"Went there with huge expectations. I had no booking so I had to wait about 45 min for a table, which was totally fine. Restaurant was full when I got there so I hoped for a great meal later on. Service was excellent, very professional and attentive. Atmosphere was relaxed and cosy. I really liked the decor. Food. I really hope that the chef had a bad day and he/she can do better. My food was blunt, boring and not properly cooked/served. Soup had no taste at all and was so hot that I’ve burned my mouth with a first sip. Veggies which were served on side were quite raw specially broccoli. Fish was ok, but like the rest of the seasoning was blunt and boring. Being a French restaurant I was expecting much more from served food. If I will be close, I’ll come again to try something different and see if food improved. "In Llandudno again for a little break so thought we'd try Romeo out, as we've tried most of the others. Booked in for 5.30pm and told 2 hours to dine which is reasonable. We were shown to a fantastic bay window table with a nice view of the streets, promptly given drinks food menu's by our very efficient server. Drink prices were about what we'd expect in most restaurants and were good, Peroni beer wine for us and San-Peligrino for the kids. Wine was good, not supermarket rubbish as found in most places. Our starters, Bread with olive oil, Balsamic vinegar and Antipasti misto were honestly brilliant! Mains were meat balls, Bistecca Al Gorgonzola, and 2 Margarita pizza's, all of which were very good and served nice and hot. You have a choice of veg potatoes or chips salad with the steak. I wanted chips and veg and had to pay for the veg as a side order. Most places I've dined at offer a choice of potato with either salad or veg. The only fault all night though so minor. Our daughters had pudding, Fudge cake and a massive ice-cream sundae with fresh berries again both very impressive. All in all a fantastic meal with excellent drinks and a brilliant service. I'd recommend booking as the place was full within a hour of us being seated! We will certainly head back when in Llandudno again."

"Dine in with friends. The seafood spaghetti and the cod with crab are tasty. However, the service is really bad. -The waiter pour the wine out and made table and pram were wet. -We’ve checked several times with waiters about the main course status because our friends are almost finished their meals) but no any response. Just said they will check but no any update from them. -We waiting for the sides until we finished the main course. We asked 3 times with different waiters and no any response from them until the last asking. The lady said they’ve combined our sides to other friends’ portion. It’s ridiculous. No one tell us that they will combined the sides! And we waited for long time for such stupid things. -Wrong billing I’m so disappointed with the mess services. Will not go again. Response to restaurants reply: It’s shame. May be my reviews make you feeling not good. BUT all my reviews are true! Yes, we booked a table for 12 people but 4 kids and 1 baby included. Thus, we ordered 7 main courses with starters desserts for 7 adults and 1 kids meal and wine. I’m feeling sorry for 2 kids running around our table and we did stopped them once you told us. And I appreciated the lady with black clothes who helping us carried the pram upstairs. She was very kind and helpful. However, the staff who mainly serving our table was not very good. She pour the wine out on the table and the baby pram when she collecting the empty wine cup. For the wrong billing Yes, the first bill was £191 that’s lower then the actual bill. We found it wrong and reported it to restaurant even it’s lower price because that’s not what we ordered. And the 2nd bill was wrong again which was overcharged until the 3rd bill. Actually, not only the mess dish arrangement, one of the main course was not correct but we tried to make it simply and just finished it without any complaints. For the dish arrangement and no any updates response from the staff after we asked, really disappointed. What I feeling? I’m wasted my time for waiting because of the poor arrangement. I keep waiting and asking and get no response whole night. And my kid and I feeling very hungry. Because I still waiting my main course and the side. I was wait for whole dinner, my friends almost finished their meals but I’m still waiting. No any reply after asking, just said they will check until our last asking. Throughout the meal no one asked if the food was ok. Made us feel unwelcome. If anyone asked, may be the things will not become that bad."

"First time trying out this little gem. The staff welcome we recieved when we arrived was very friendly, we were made to feel very welcome and had plenty of time to look through the huge choice of breakfast/brunch items... everything sounded appetising so took a while to choose.. I ended up chosing the club sandwich which was served with homemade coleslaw and a side of pringles, wow, on arrival it looked amazing so that was a good start, it was packed with filling and the bacon was of very good quality, it seemed like half a chicken was used too, no holding back on portion size, the homemade coleslaw was the best restaurant coleslaw I've had to date... My daughter chose the chicken, bacon barbecue panini which was also packed with filling, both of us had no room for anything else and left full to the brim.. we will definitely be returning to this one, don't tlet the price put you off at £11 for a club sandwich, you get what you pay for and this meal was well and truly worth it... thank me later"
