"Wir sind nach einer Radfahrt durch den Regen, zu dritt, ziemlich nass und erschöpft auf der Alpe angekommen. Super nettes Personal begrüßte uns . Man hat sofort das Gefühl willkommen zusein. Trotzdem es sehr voll war. Wir nahmen im Überdachten Aussenbereich Platz. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich und nach einigen Blicken auf die Teller, die auf unseren Nachbartischen standen, war klar, es sah alles MEGA lecker aus. Ich fragte die Bedienung ob ich statt Pommes Bratkartoffeln bekommen könnte und als sie mir dann zur Antwort gab, dass ich bestellen könne was ich wolle und das es bei ihnen im Haus kein Problem wäre, sich egal was es ist, zusammenzustellen, konnte ich das, als ehemalige Gastronomin, selbst kaum klauben. Aber so sollte es sein. Der Gast fühlt sich als König. Das Essen war sehr, sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Der Preis für die Größe der Portionen völlig in Ordnung ich hätte es ehr teurer vermutet imVergleich zu anderen Alpen.Für Wärme im Aussenbereich ist auch gesorgt. Fälle und Decken liegen für jedem Besucher auf den Bänken bereit. Außerdem sind Heizstrahler am Haus befestigt, die Den Aussenbereich ebenfalls bei schlechtem Wetter attraktiv machen. Das Personal ist wie ein Bienenvölkchen. Fleißig und sehr freundlich und man hat das Gefühl, daß diese Freundlichkeit von Herzen kommt. Fazit: diese Alpe ist rundum 100% zu empfehlen, die Menschen die da arbeiten verstehen ihr Handwerk und lieben es. Sie haben ein Ampiente geschaffen, was Kilometerweit ihres Gleichen sucht. Vielen Dank, für die gute Zeit, die wir bei Ihnen verbracht haben und besonderen Dank an die nette junge blonde Bedienung mit Dutt ( leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht ) aber mit ihr hätte ich früher gerne gearbeitet. Solche Menschen sind die pure Freude!Wir kommen wieder!!!"

"We loved our evening at Riegers. The service was spot on, really friendly and caring. The atmosphere was wonderful. Slightly modern still keeping the rustic charm befitting the town. We shared flammkuchen for entree....we LOVE flammkuchen so relished the chance! Perfectly crisp base, lovely topping,...beautifully cooked and light as a feather. Main was venison for me and cooked to perfection with a lovely reduction sauce, perfectly cooked brussel sprouts and chewy parsnip. Seasonal, fresh and delicious. They served the noodles separately and I was happy for that as the dish didn 't need it (in my opinion the portion size was good as is. Portion sizes in Germany seem enormous! My husband had 200gms of rump steak cooked medium rare (you ask for it cooked English to get rare to medium rare in this part of Germany! . This dish was a bit of a let down for three simple reasons easy to correct. The steak was unrested so the blood drained onto the plate and mixed with the sauce to make for a pink look, not ideal. The mushroom sauce itself was just bland and needed a good dose of mushroom taste and acidity. The potatoes served with his dish were a bit oily and not very appetising. Just basic errors which I think were the result of a busy kitchen rather than an overall downfall in the cooking as my venison proved they know their stuff out back. So I would absolutely recommend Riegers. The wine list is small and very well priced, the staff really care and it 's a great little restaurant we 'd return to if we were staying longer."

"The Hotel Restaurant “Saschas Kachelofen” is located in Kirchstrasse 3, not far from the market square. My wife and I have been a frequent guest there, not only this year, but always only guests in the restaurant. For this reason, the assessment refers only to the restaurant and not to the hotel. On the first evening, my wife and I got our food at different times, even though the restaurant was only visited sperily. First I got a salad, then the main dish, then my wife got her salad and later the main dish. The staff was so loud that all guests became witnesses. We ordered an orchard to finish, he was chilled, not as it is usual in Germany room temperature. We talked to the waiter about the maladministration, he told us to the boss. However, he justified his staff's reproach with the words: "If we go down and over it, it can be something like that. He used to work in the kitchen, and he would have thrown pots. "the various dishes we had were decent, passiw authentic Italian cuisine, although I would not hurry to recommend it to an Italian friend. Unfortunately I was already worried about the service while waiting for our reserved table: none of the waiting hired looked at me or someone. in the eyes, because we were clear of the waiting line. Instead, they have all been able to avoid seeing us in the eye. to make the dinge much worse, we waited an hour to arrive at our food, although it was not very busy and eating relatiw is quick to prepare. So if they are not in a hurry and do not think that the one who does that wait instead of the personal, then it is worth a try when eating decent."

"Wir waren im Juli in der DampfbierbrauereiIch hatte 3 Monate im Voraus einen Tisch per Mail für 4 Personen reserviert - mit dem Hinweis das es sich um einen Geburtstag handeltLeider wurden noch 2 fremde Personen zu uns an den Tisch gesetzt, welche wohl auch reserviert hattenEs gab ausreichend 4 er Tische, aber uns gab man einen 6 er Tisch.Ansich ist das nicht tragisch, aber so waren wir doch etwas gehemmt da es sich um eine völlig andere Altersgruppe gehandelt hatBedienung und Service waren aber top, auch das Essen war gutWir waren danach noch 3 mal dort ohne reserviert zu haben, auch da hat alles gepasst"
