Cote Brasserie Hampstead

A reassuring restaurant, It is consistent in greater than average food. Excellent service at the Hampstead branch ensures that locals come back time and time again.

Particularly friendly and efficient staff made for a good welcome and timely service of our lunch dishes. The ambience is pleasant, though how it would be if it had been busier is not clear. There were ample menu choices, though one of us would have preferred to see a salmon option

We had a fantastic lunch with our family at this restaurant. The food selection was excellent, but the standout was the wonderful atmosphere and the incredibly accommodating staff. The restaurant was cozy and had delightful service, but the menu was limited and lacked realistic options. As a result, some may find themselves ordering multiple starters instead of a traditional appetizer and entree. While this approach worked out fine in this case, it may not be a reason to return for dinner on a regular basis.

Food was very appetising and the waitresses were amazing. I came with my mother and we were taken cared of well! we had an amazing time, however our evening got a little disturbing until one of the chefs were arguing with the waitress at the kitchen window. A lot of shouting was coming from the kitchen end and the waitress was almost bullied by their own colleague.

First visit back to this branch in 4 years after a bad meal. Food not even as good as before, wasn't impressed at all. Had an £80 Cote voucher from the visit 4 years ago which was not honoured. Yes it was expired but what with Covid and we had lost the voucher I would have thought Cote Head Office would be cooperative. Sadly they were not helpful so we won't be going back again. We celebrated a birthday on New Year's Day with a group of 13 people at Cote Hampstead. The staff handled our diverse orders well from the A la Carte menu, and everyone agreed that the food was delicious. The fish dishes were especially tasty, with the warm tuna nicoise being particularly generous. The prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants, and we had a fantastic and laid-back evening. We highly recommend Cote Hampstead for dinner.

Artur and his team at Cote Hampstead looked after our group of 25 retired nurses with great kindness and efficiency. It was our 50 year reunion and small details really mattered. The staff were friendly and thoughtful and we were able to arrive early and set the tables with our own flowers, table napkins and name badges, plus lay out old photos and memorabilia. Everyone said their food was delicious, and there was no problem with people having 1, 2 or 3 courses. 18 of us left for a walk after 2.5 hours, the others stayed and were made very welcome for another 1.5 hours. Great service, great value, we will definitely go back. Thank you, Artur and team.

The welcome was good the service average. The bread served which is not complimentary, was too hard and not served warm. The Calamari was tasty and the mains portion of Chicken plentiful. One of the mains out of 3 was brought to the table half way through starter. We waited a long time to order our dessert. 80% of the staff seemed to be more wrapped up in flirting and joking with each other rather than seeming attentive to customers. It was not rush hour dinner service at this point so perhaps they wanted to have fun before the rush! Although it was very obvious the 20% of staff did not want to be tarnished with the same brush unfortunately couldn’t carry off an overall good service. I would... Voir le carte
