We were a lot more than they expected, and we all stayed a lot longer, too. They kept the food coming, which they also donated, as he was a long-term customer, what wonderful wonderful people. Fantastic meal attentive staff. However toilets not any better than public toilets dirty poor quality no facility to dry hands. Probably better to have waited until I got home!

Party of 4 and a dog went for lunch yesterday and the food and service were exemplary. It's the second month in a row for me and I'll definitely be revisiting regularly. Meery Christmas to all rhe team involved.

Lovely Sunday lunch. We booked on the off chance and got a table for two. I had pork. I asked if I could have a small dinner and it was still plenty for me. My partner had the beef and he loved it. Bonus .....They had Ronaldos ice cream. Also a good selection of desserts. Very friendly. A lovely pub. Voir le carte

Some of our party had a beef roast dinner on a Sunday evening. It was rather disappointing as the roast potatoes were very hard and the some of the meat was tough. I think it all had been kept warm since lunchtime. However the mussel and smoked haddock chowder was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We went for Dinner whilst staying at Meadowview nearby. It is a lovely characterful Inn with a really good atmosphere and only a couple of miles inland from Wells-Next-The-Sea. They have a good, and reasonably priced menu. We both had their special slow cooked blade of beef which was excellent. Really friendly staff. Will definitely come again.
