"Despite living in Ruislip forever we only discovered this little gem at the start of 2022 now a regular haunt. Kathy Frank have developed a loyal regular clientele which speaks volumes in this day age . A lovely independent bijou cafe great for breakfast/brunch/lunch or a quick tea stop. A full and comprehensive menu plus daily specials, all reasonably priced cooked fresh to order always a warm welcome great humour from them both. In summer you can sit outside watch the world go by. Kathy Frank do all they can to locally source their produce ensuring it is all high quality, nothing precooked reheated here. Great milkshakes, iced coffees and hot chocolate Very definitely worth a visit great food and customer service from an independent "

Useless opening hours, closed 2 days of the week, and only open until lunchtime other days. Only just better than ab empty shop

Feeling peckish and in need of a good cuppa, we popped in and had THE most welcome cup of tea served by such a friendly lady. I had ham, egg and chips which was fresh and delicious. There are obviously regulars who come here and there is such a caring atmosphere. Would highly recommend Voir le carte

Bearing in mind its location, this is an excellent place for a full English on a Sunday morning before hitting the fortnightly food market over the road and raiding the various stalls and stoking up the National Debt. Excellent fry up, washed down with copious amounts of fresh tea. Excellent.

This is a tiny cafe near the church in Ruislip and was an unlikely oasis during our walk on a hot day. I wouldn't normally choose to sit by a roundabout but what is normal these days?! There were 3 tables outside and a few in the small cafe. The staff were lovely and friendly and the coffee great. We will return to try more from the menu very soon.

We usually have our weekend breakfast at another cafe not too far from here but they were closed for their annual holiday so we moved elsewhere. The Priory is a great cafe and the food is excellent value and good quality the couple that run the business are lovely especially when your partner knocks her full up mug of coffeee all over the table.......and me!!! I have been going to the Priory Cafe for years. If you enjoy some friendly banter with your breakfast or lunch, then Cathy and Frank are excellent hosts. The cafe is cozy, serves freshly cooked food, and offers a unique experience compared to more mainstream restaurants. It has a dedicated group of loyal customers who appreciate the personal and friendly atmosphere.

I had never been to this restaurant before, but noticed they had outdoor seating and an extensive menu, so we decided to try it out for a sandwich and tea. I ordered a cheese and onion roll which was on the smaller side, but it was exactly as described - a soft white roll filled with mild cheddar and onion. My friend enjoyed a delicious bacon and egg sandwich. The tea was also top-notch. The prices were very fair, with my roll costing £2.80, the sandwich at £4, and a mug of tea for £1.

"what a disappointment, never again. well booked in advance for a Saturday evening meal for three and was very excited about it. was in zaza both in bushey and in pinner and had nothing but good experiences, so thought it would be nice. to have a change of landscape in ruislip. how wrong I was. it was shown our table that was right next to the door and in the middle of the entrance, right where someone went to the restaurant that waited for her table, would float and not a suitable room to enjoy a quiet family dinner. I understand that the last years were challenging for restaurants, but even if they want to add some extra seats in less than ideal places, they should at least warn their patrons before they book them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was asked what was wrong with the table and when I pointed out that the unpleasant edification was welcomed by apathie. I asked if we could be changed to one of the many other empty tables in the venue and said that they were all booked, but that we could wait to see if someone was gone I had booked our table week to be clearly offered the worst place in the house and then essentially treated like an inconvenient walkable to ask left an extremely acid taste. I found the personal I spoke to be cold and quite rude. feeling frustrated and unintentional, we decided to take our business elsewhere and received a warm greeting and a beautiful meal on the road on the mamma pink."
