"I had a great experience at Café Rouge at the Hub! The staff were very friendly, even though Open Table failed to inform them of our New Year's Eve booking. Unfortunately, we were not aware that there was a set menu for the evening, so the usual starters we were looking forward to were not available, which was disappointing. this was the third time we were here, the starter was good, but two of the three main courses we were only warm, and the third, that was the fish cake was a little dry. this was the worst time we had here, but this could have been the time that the table was booked for.

the only problem was the worth of a cocktail we had a driver who had a berry drink that came as a glass of summer fruit with two celestial and ice cream and served in a cup, i guess cost 10p to produce and sold for over £ 3.50 unfortunately this is what I will remember from the experience

This was our third visit to this restaurant. The appetizer was good, but two out of the three main courses we ordered were only lukewarm, and the fish cakes were a bit dry. This was the least enjoyable experience we have had here so far, but it may have been due to the timing of our reservation.

The food was impeccable. ..only criticism I have is that we booked online for an anniversary meal but when we got there they didn't have our reservation on the list..was soon rectified. The table was near the door but they offered to move us if it was a problem but it wasn't. ..staff were brilliant at mk hub.
